I've got the 1060 6gb and it works great. Looking at a comparison of the 60 and 50ti, the 1060 is a lot better.

This is actually something that we tried a few years ago. They used the tag [sG-A]. They had limited capabilities like you mentioned and were used as a way of vetting potential full admin. I don't think we have a need for a similar position as it's easy enough to get admin if you dedicate a little bit of time. I would suggest befriending some admins so that you can message them to join the servers. It's not very realistic to expect an admin on every server at every hour, so this is one way you can get a quick response to rulebreakers.

That's the point of the gamemode. Like @SilentGuns said, it's meant to be confusing.

I trust my M4A1-S better than the guns of the dead, as their guns let them down. For real though, I would buy ammo for it. I prefer the M4A1-S over most other guns, so having the ability to refill it would be nice.
