As long as you're on the internet when you exit steam. The way steam's offline mode works is, when you exit, it check to make sure steam is up to date. If you exit steam, and it's not able to check, it won't start in offline mode.

If you want to start in offline mode, you have to exit steam while you're still connected to the internet. It's gay as hell.

Well, in short, I need a gaming keyboard. I also need a mouse, but keyboard is more important at the moment. Now, I was looking at the logitech g15 and g9x, but both are $100, and frankly, I don't want to spend $200 on a keyboard/mouse. Anyone know a good budget gaming keyboard/mouse? Also, I don't want some cheap thing. So maybe one that comes with at least a year warranty?

That is a pretty nice site, but it tells you to mount the motherboard AFTER you have installed the CPU, heatsink, and RAM. I've never done this before. Imo, it makes the screws harder to get to when mounting it and there's the possibility that you slip and bump something your not supposed to.
