Did some meal prep today after being a bit lazy over the last week, been working on my cooking skills during the pandemic and trying to widen my taste buds. Home made turkey meatballs off here https://www.culinaryhill.com/turkey-meatballs/. Came out really good but wish I added a bit more salt. Free based some sweet potato mash with cheese, parsley, butter, sour cream, minced garlic and balanced it out with salt and pepper at the end. The best touch to this meal was a roommates green bean recipe. Roasted some thinly sliced garlic and almonds with olive oil on medium heat until they browned and became aromatic before adding some lightly cooked organic green beans to the pan to absorb all the flavor. Overall the meal came out way better than I expected. Was originally gonna add some steamed broccoli to the meal but decided to save it for another night to avoid ruining the meals overall flavor profile.

CA is the first rank we consider Staff at SG but they're below the rank of SM and IA with a focus on advising the higher-ups, coming up with ideas to better the community and dealing with player complaints. SM's focus on the back-end of the servers like changing plugins, adding maps, adjusting rules and making sure their assigned server is doing well however their responsibilities are totally separate from that of the IA team and isolated from each other unless you hold both ranks like myself, Trazz, or InfinityWard. IA's strictly focus on HR related matters like appeal bans, admin complaints and other people related issues that arise within the community. Personally I'd consider them equal in terms of rank scale in the current scheme of SG but others might have a different opinion than me in that regard.

Big fan of this change considering Rust and Squad have been using this admin application method for some time now but I'm curious to see how it will play out for CSGO. Also no more dealing with shitposts in applications
