I dont know if this will help you, but it reduced my lagg remarkable. Go on your games list, and right click Tf2. Select properities and Set launch options. Write "-dxlevel 80" without quotes. If you still get the lagg, let me know, I will find a program to defrag your steam games if you dont have one.

Well, it must be the drivers, because I tried to remove it from the computer and then it turned into those crappy vista basic and the colors were fine.

Hey guys. I play lots more TF2 than usual right now. But my graphichs are just NOT OKAY When I heal as a medic, there comes no beam, when I stand at a dispenser/the payload there comes no beam. The graphics are simply really low. Is there some settings i can adjust or anything? I have tried to update my driver with no luck. My graphics card is ATI X1200.
