warning shot whining would be as bad as free kill whining.. what constitutes a warning shot.. honestly i believe the rules are fine the way they are.. warning shots should be issued for delaying and or knifing the vent.. anything else such as... running across the lvl to someplace else... cell hopping when told not to.. going to a diff place then told... running at a CT, should all be shot and killed for... if a CT has to warning shot for every little thing a T does then the CT's will never win bc one shot does not stop them from entering the vent.. that is considered escaping and should be killed for

i had this problem after i DL'd a patch in wow.. turned out i just needed to let my comp cool down and dust it out.. worked for me..

your first post said it all... but about T's "accidently" picking up a pistol or primary ya thats BS bc i dont think i have ever accidently picked up a gun as a T... also killing bc of a primary shouldnt be revoked like said its there for a reason... i dont think they will take that away tho. the next thing will be you have to warn a T to drop it even if he is pointing it straight at your face.. this is what other shitty PB servers do and i dont play them for that reason... like i said before warning shots are for non rebelling actions

agreed it does help to have a mic.. but typed commands are just as important... for example quote is probably the best CT with typed commands...

A LOT of people who play the server do not come to the forums so a sticky on the forum doesnt help a new guy in the server.. what i was asking is to have this in the server so its easily attained

i hate when people whine i will say no cell hoping and whats the first thing some people do.. cell hop well i gave a warning that you will be killed if you cell hop IMO i should be able to kill you.. obvious disregard of an order you take the chance you die...

that pretty much makes it clear.. one thing you stated that if they detour or delay knife vent warning shot.. understandable thats the way most do it... BUT if they are already in soccer and deliberately run out and across the level (such as when i was using an awp to kill them for doing this) i have to give a warning shot? the way i see it is them escaping or trying to get to a gun outside of the given area they should be in..
