as far as when this is going to take place, that all depends on how quickly we can come up with exactly what we need to do and in what order. Some big changes have been suggested, and we have been shifting through them as fast as we can while making the best decisions we can. And after all of that, the changes still have to be implemented, which will probably require a lot of work within itself. Any changes being made will be announced here first, of course. I would say we should start seeing some things happen within the next couple of weeks, but it all depends on if the AOs and BDs can come to a conclusion about where to start the reform

I believe we will try to implement something to encourage regulars to try to help populate empty servers. A few ideas for such are being talked about, and when it has been decided upon will be announced and implemented.

I still think it would be best to revise/completely redo the current admin app system and have them run through it like everyone else. Or this would be rather unfair for our current members who have been here for months or even years.

Well, this would be better handled by a change in the admin app procedure itself. And they do have a chance at admin, they just have to prove they can handle it. And 3/4 admin isnt a lot, but its more then we have on half of our servers atm

I don't know about the the whole giving admin to people that new thing. I think a better idea would be if we had at least 3-4 admin who were willing to playdaily, be friendly, and make playing on our servers a good experience so that people keep coming back Don't feel like multi-quoting, but I believe we want to stick to games to which we can get servers. I love League of legends but I think its not the game we are looking for, and I doubt dota is either (unless, of course, you have some suggestion on how to do this?) Seems like a plausable idea. We would need to figure out what mod the community would be most interested in first, as I think starting off with one server would be our best bet there I say, all in all, we need to start the expansion moderately small. Maybe 2-4 servers all across different games, like BF4, CODMW, and a working CS:GO server or two. Any more than that, and I think we will be spreading ourselves a little thin. If you have suggestions for other games, don't be discouraged from posting them, as what I said was just an example. We need to find out what servers our current players will be interested in populating, so please give us your suggestions.

While what he said seems kind of harsh, I do agree with Harprette. SG needs to expand if it wants to survive, and so far almost every attempt at that has failed. The csgo server seems to lack dedication by nearly anyone, and so far the NS server hasn't done anything to bring in more people. Perhaps a BF4 server would help? But no matter what we did, we would need a good few people to be dedicated and help the server get started or we would just be wasting more money.

I played on a soccer server way back when, and I may be misremembering this, but I'm pretty sure they had a mod that would keep track of the goals scored by the players and balance teams accordingly. So like if there were 2 people on one team with like 10+ goals each, and the other team the top player had like 4, it would swap one of the 10s with the 4 or someone else on the other team I could be wrong about this, it was in like 2008 and I played on it for like a month tops and havent touched the gamemode since
