its easy just... 1.Find a picture you want 2.Open photoshop and go to Window->Animation 3.Duplicate the layer you have the picture on and on the new layer go to image->adjustments->invert or change it to any other color you want(the example you have is inverted) 4.Hide one of the layers by clicking the eye 5.On the animation bar all the way to the right theres a button with 4 lines and a arrow pointing down click that and go to new frame. 6.Unhide the hidden layer and hide the layer that was shown. 7.Click the drop down menu and below the first frame and click Forever 8.Save as a .gif

I havent had one of those pop ups in awhile since i switched to Opera, but yea do what ReGIONALS said and reformat it, Ive gotten a virus that just kept crashing my computer on boot up before and reformatting it fixed it, also if your still looking for something to scan with try malware bytes.

Just drag and drop them to a new folder the maps save under C:>Program Files>Steam>Steamapps>(username)>counter-strike source>cstrike>maps just drag all the files from the maps folder and put them somewhere else then when you reinstall css put them back, same thing with skins except different folder names, I would most likely just move your materials,model,sounds,and scripts folder on the desktop and put them back when you reinstall.

Did you check options? sometimes when i alt tab it puts my sound all the way down in options and I just have to move it back up, if you want to keep your maps or something just make a back up file of them and move them back when you reinstall
