Well Im gonne lose some weight my self:) Cuz I gonne start compiting again in TaeKwonDo! I started for 2 -3 weeks ago. What I do is: Train from Monday - Freday(16:00 - 21:00) Saturday I hang out with friends (keeping active) sunday I usely recover, go taking a swim or boubble bath:) Aslo in the first week you have to try to dont eat to much ,and not to little, after the first day it will start to go automatic and after the first week you will have no prob:)
