Just mute admins mute all Ts in the beginning of the round. Then before someone opens cells unmute them so there are no crying, spamming, not being able to hear the orders, etc. That is the main problem. And then the cry babies that I always got for camping the armory. If you are the last CT you are most likely going to hide instead of giving and enforcing orders. So there are the Hippocrates that say "Stop camping armory you pussy" but when they are CT they do the same exact thing.

CTs don't need to give orders for primary weapons. And it is hard to drop a grenade due to you having to throw it. Also Grenades don't do that much DMG to CTs unless you are really close to it or have low HP. If you are unsure about anything else type !rules and it should give rules but not everything is stated in it I don't think. Anything else just come and ask on here like you have. Better safe than sorry.
