No, it's his computer. If it was internet, it wouldn't freeze up. It would lagg, stutter, jutter, etc. I'm helping my friend built a computer and his budget is also 800 dollars. What I am doing for him is buying him a prebuilt and throwing in an epic graphics card. So I can get a system for like 600 dollars, then throw in a GTX 260. The 600 dollar system will have a minimum of a E8400, 4GB of RAM, and 250GB hard drive.

WOM - Waste Of Money. Sorry, this computer sucks. As Shadowex3 pointed out, 12GB of RAM is useless. Knowing that 12GB of RAM is useless, they throw in 12GB of DDR2 with a i7. Which is like throwing 12 prop engines onto a Concorde. Buying prebuilts will always come with the cheapest crap ever. As Shadowex3 said again, the power supply is probably a no name crap. Also, the graphics card WILL be stock clocks, which will hinder your gaming experience.

I just tried. Both molexs works on the HDD. The DVD drive is still unable to spin.

I went to Best Buy today to get me some DVD+R blanks and come home to find out my DVD drive doesn't spin up anymore. I recently installed a spare hard drive and I unplugged the molex from my DVD drive and put it onto a spare hard drive. I left the IDE cable in and used the slave IDE for my spare hard drive. Today, after buying the DVD+R blanks, I redo all the cables in my computer and put an extra molex into the DVD drive. I put a DVD+R disc in there and it won't read it. I try 2 more and none of them read. I thought I bought a pack of 50 coasters, then I put in my Starcraft CD and it won't read. I then go into Device Manager and uninstall the drivers and reinstall, still nothing. I try a bunch of other disc again and none of them read. Everytime I put a new disc in, the access light goes on, but there is no spinning. I crack open the DVD drive and find nothing blocking the laser. Now I have a dead drive and 100 DVD+R blank medias. :'( Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I know it is not the IDE cable, because I tried both the slave and master, but they work on the spare hard drive.

The optical corded Logitech you linked to is the same mouse I am using. I've been using it for a few years now. I really love it.

I would go for any Logitech mouse. Since it is for a laptop, I would get a wireless one with the laser technology since it tracks the surface better than optical mouses.

Oh yes I am. I went to elementary school with a bunch of ignorant and obnoxious people. They were mostly African American, there are a few Caucasian and a few mexicans (no racism intended, just stating the truth). I went to this elementary school for 4 years. On the 4th year, I started to act "ghetto", talking "ghetto", dressing "ghetto", etc. Those 4 years have influenced me a lot to become the person I am. Hard to change, although i did stop acting and dressing "ghetto", I am still ignorant and obnoxious. I won't change just for you or this community. No I am not. An admin can count how many posts I have in this thread and subtract it from my post count. I can care less.

My vertical distance of my jump is as high as some high school basketball players. I am 5' 3" and I am about an inch from touching the rim when I jump. According to my friends, who are on the basketball team, I have mad hops. I built my computer from ground up by myself when I was only 12. List goes on.
