  1. Born a few days ago. It's been a hectic couple of days.
  2. Make your inventory private. Problem solved. Or, don't trade your shit to people you don't know? I don't know how people get scammed. It boggles the mind.
  3. Here's one from the weekend. Black River.
  4. Just finished. Commissioned work for a childhood friend.
  5. Bye friends!

See you in a few days.
  6. Good luck on your studies. Don't worry about entering the "real world". You can't prepare for it and if you try you'll only end up stressed out even more. Take time out of your day to just relax. I wish I could go back to my college self and tell me to not worry about my classes and what comes after. You figure it out as you go along. No one can give you accurate advice because everyone lives their life differently.
  7. Season 3 ep 2, Blue Moon. I liked the way this one turned out.
  8. I work from home, which is nice. I'm a systems admin for a major cosmetics company. Basically, I'm in front of my computer all day and SSH into a bunch of machines and make sure they don't break. I also setup new sites and do site launches, which suck, since those usually start at 9pm and end at 4am. Boo EMEA.
  9. PIZZA or KEBAB

This is like asking what's better: Sex or plucking nose hair.
  10. Van Dyke Brown.
  11. Last one for the weekend. Season 6 episode 7. Arctic Beauty.
  12. Hey, man, paintbrushes are expensive... kind of.
  13. Here's one I just finished a few minutes ago. So far it's my favorite one.
  14. I can't draw, nothing is traced/lined out. It's all from watching his videos and practice. It's not even that good in my eyes, the plants/trees are terrible, at least up close. I have a long way to go before I'll be happy, but the mountains were fun and they came out great.
  15. I wish. I remember watching him growing up. It was so relaxing and he makes it look so easy that anyone can do it. Trust me when I say I have no experience. It's an expensive initial investment but canvas is pretty cheap and you don't need to buy new brushes. I got my aluminum easel for 50% off at Michaels and it's pretty decent. If you have any interest at all, I recommend picking up his master kit and giving it a go. He does have tabletop easels that you can drop some small weights on to keep sturdy.
  16. Good luck. If I could tell myself something when I was going to college it would be this: Take it seriously. Don't slack off too much. If you don't get the material, get help from the professor, TA, or other students. I had fun and wouldn't be where I am today had I done things differently, but a small part of me regrets not taking it seriously.
  17. Thanks all. I have a one on one session scheduled with a local Bob Ross Certified Instructor. I'll be sure to update you with my progress. I honestly have never painted before. Before I bought the kit I watched all of his instructional videos and took notice of the things he didn't really talk about and tried to see if I could guess what he'd do next before he did it. It's a lot of fun when it doesn't look horrible.
  18. I shaved in that pic. There are very few hairs.
  19. Quite. I mean, I had art school in 2nd or 3rd grade, but that was with pastels, I think. Never oil and never anything on canvas. I just binge watched a lot of Bob Ross' episodes and took note of his techniques. It's not as easy as he makes it, but it's also not too difficult. I need more practice.
  20. I've never painted before so this was fun and different. I know it's not perfect and I have a few things to fix but I'm happy with it.
  21. I'm right here bae.
