I listen to Metal, Death Metal, Thrash, all kinds of metal. And a little bit of hard rock. Don't mind Techno but it's not in my playlist.

Well if you listen to a death metal song and compare it to a melodic death metal song there is a difference. But, if you don't listen to either then chances are you have no idea that melodic death metal exists, so hearing the difference between death metal and melodic death metal, would be like ME hearing the difference between rap and hip-hop *Oh and I meant to quote luxzorz on this =P
