Ive tried using google, but my google is cursed to give me crappy results. I can never find anything decent enough to work easily.

Yo does anyone know how to make a border in GIMP? Ive tried countless times and to no avail. I was thinking I should make a color in the backround and make the middle an alpha channel then copy / paste it into my banner / signature I wana make. Google hates me and wont give me any information on what to actually do to make it all work, Some help would be appreciated

Theres a guy named GodTupac, Ill get some other info about him later and post it in an edit. Im going to see if I can get someone to follow him. Whatever you do, DO NOT add him. He tried to lead the clan "The Sons of Anarchy" or something like that (SOA) And he failed at it, he came back with revenge on me and my clan when he found out we got bigger than his shit clan in less than a month after his crashed and burnt after a week, trying to hack, crash, and scam his way into my servers / clan. He failed at trying to take me and the co-owner's down and started taking out our friends accounts and selling them for server money. DO NOT let it happen to you! (Link to his steam page will be edited in later) (The reason for all of this, We kicked him out of our clan when it had less than 20 people when he left our servers that he promised to support, rot. When his servers crashed and we got more clan members than him he got into a rage and wants to take us and our servers down) Long post, eh?

I would say something like your volume is too low, or something of the sorts, but if you use audacity it could have altered your microphone settings, or something else could have. If people say that your mic is repeating things or they are hearing themselves in it, it might be set to a stereo mix option. All I have to do is go into my Audacity, hit microphone, record a few seconds, and close w/o saving. Works every time for me.

Ok thanks, I did that before i guess it didnt process correctly when i hit save, im just asking withing a question, Are you allowed to go past the banner size limit, I looked around and... my banners tiny lol. I look at all the other ones and they are huge. All in all, asking if Limits actually apply? (Dont u dare comment on my signature's look)

I must be some kind of stupid, but for some reason my signature wont show up, can anyone tell me how to make it work. (I have a link to photobucket AND it is on my computer) Its a picture not just the shooting squirrels thing.
