Lol you can find those drunken people crossing in Cancun Mexico next to the areas where all the clubs and bars are. I was talking to a restaurant owner there in Downtown Cancun, which is much better than the tourist trap Cancun is, and he was saying during spring break you can see shit loads of American tourists sprawled out on the sidewalks drunk as hell.

VirDeBello you are gonna love this. When you are done cleaning your ears with a Q-tip. Get a new one and have warm water run over the cotton parts on both ends. And put it in your ear for a lil bit. Gives you a warm pleasant feeling. Especially since after you clean yours ears they might feel a tad sore inside.
