Many of the maps were removed and a key few were chosen to stay, to see if the server population would fall. The maps that stayed were ones that were chosen by people on the forums, in a public thread. We chose not to include razor for the main reason that the thread was ever made. It really ruins PB, and by ruins, I mean make it, well, not fun, or more like really boring. In razor, the sheer amount of secret doorways, guns, and other things made it totally unbalanced for the CTs.
Aside from that, because many people would argue against the balancing issue, it was played too much, and to be honest, it was "dumbing down" the server. Now that we had only the one electric, the original, it has spread out the maps being played quite a bit, and I don't see the population dropping or anything. The map wasn't that well made, it had way too many traps, and we voted for taking it away.
I see no reason for putting it back on.
