Stop starting shit, he's just voicing his opinion. If he did this, the admin complaints section would be flooded. Many admins don't give warning shots, and I've seen it a lot when I'm in PB. It's their job to give them, and to follow the rules. I agree with Jazzyy though; just remove the rule, because it's way too much of a hassle to keep it up. EDIT: Kappa, don't post when you're drunk.
