Are they worth the price though? When I worked at EB Games / Gamestop they were 329.99 plus tax minimum, probably more now. Dunno if I would ever pay that much for a headset..

Really fun game to play, but you don't need to wait for an "official" event to play! Post in shoutbox and invite your friends into TS to play a round or two, it's a super easy drop-in game.

Eh it depends. I normally work 930-7 at the minimum and some nights I do cadets/activities. Plus weekends for some work ot cadet stuff. So yeah pretty short on time lol

I have a big problem with eating out almost every day for lunch. I don't spend money on much else so it almost feels like food (either fast food or semi-healthy stuff) is my outlet for spending. Anyone have tips for easy meals to prep and things I can do to make my food more at home?

We've pushed another update (thanks @Liam Brown) that other servers have claimed fixes the crashes. Please bear with us as nothing is confirmed fixed yet, but the servers should be up for the time being.

Hi all, The servers that run sourcemod and metamod are currently down due to the plugins needing an update from SM devs. Until this is fixed those servers will be unavailable. We'll look to get them up and running as soon as possible. Thanks!

Here are some statistics so far: TOTAL RESPONSES: 48 CHARTS: Still working on amalgamating the actual responses, but that will come soon. Please ask your friends on both the forums and servers to fill this out. 48 responses is really awesome so far, and hopefully we can get even more. Looking through the initial info, there is a LOT of useful feedback that I think can do a lot of good for the community. From me personally, thank you to each person who has submitted the survey so far.

After discussion, the Board has decided to unban tapsa from the servers. Here's the thing - if someone is harassing one of our admins in our servers, we're going to punish them for it. However, our policy has been that, excluding extenuating circumstances, anything that happens outside of our servers is not punishable by us. The key here is "extenuating circumstances" - when you have a player harassing one of our admins both inside and outside of our community, it becomes an issue. While we punished tapsa originally for his SG-related harassment, him continuing to do so to our SA outside of the community tells us two things: 1. He clearly hasn't learned his lesson. 2. He will probably do it here again. Common sense indicates that we get rid of him in advance of it happening again. However, our policy goes against that... unless this falls under the grey area of "extenuating circumstance". This is something myself and the Board have discussed, and ultimately we have decided to reverse the ban at this time due to it not being an extreme enough case. It's my fault for originally having the perm approved as I didn't have all of the details; ultimately though, there is a larger point here that I want to make clear: while we don't generally ban for things that happen outside of the community, the Board reserves the right to discuss ban decisions on a case-by-case basis. This specific case was pretty split, and we don't see him staying unbanned for very long if he keeps this up, but that's why we talk about these things. I personally think this ban is pretty justified, but at the same time we have our policies for a reason and have clarified where the grey areas stop and start. Yes, we know it's not December 1st yet. But in the spirit of the holiday season (thanksgiving, Hanukkah, etc) we wanted to give the gift of a new theme a bit early. The holiday theme will be on until just after Christmas! Also, stay tuned for more holiday-themed announcements.... ;)

I'm kind of sad that I didn't go downtown for the national ceremony today. I think I've attended it every year since I was 12 - it gives me a real appreciation for just how much our veterans have given up in the pursuit of maintaining our freedom and safety. It's a huge reason of why I still volunteer with the cadet program in Canada and am joining the Canadian Forces as well. We will remember them.
