Hola! This used to be a really fun event that we did every so often on CS:S back in the day. Recently it was brought up as an idea, and we're all happy to say that Admins vs Players is making a return! For this event, the team of interested admins (anybody SA+ can participate) will be pitted against the rest of the community - you guys, for a massive 20 v. 20 regular match in our CS:GO reg server - thanks to the awesome work by Pan and Octa who are setting it up! Since we have people in different areas of the world, we're going to be doing two different days which anyone can participate in. The first date will be on October 25th, and is geared towards our EU players who can't be on quite as late as the norm. The second date will be on November 8th, and it'll be timed specially for the NA population. However, we need help from YOU GUYS - to determine the best times for the event. We've already made a poll for the admins and they narrowed it down to two times for each event. Vote for the best times! (The poll will close in 3 days) The event will be livestreamed for players who can't make it in in case its full, and will also be recorded for the SG Youtube Channel. If the event ends up filling up, we might consider having people switch out to let others play so stay tuned. Make sure to join TeamSpeak as it's gonna get pretty intense. If you guys have any questions, feel free to message any of the CEs, AOs or BDs or post here. I'm happy to say that the participation in the cathedral build this week was insane - we had close to 15 participants and 7 submissions. Thanks to everyone who joined in, even though the time limit was a little limiting for building a huge cathedral The way judging is going to work this time is: we'll still have a public vote in this thread, and afterwards the 3 AOs who deal with minecraft (Vinyl, BoM and SilentGuns) will determine if the public vote deserves to win (ie. to make sure a bs entry doesn't win by fluke). The public poll will be open for 2 full days again like usual, so vote quick! The theme this time was to build their best cathedral. Thanks to everyone who participated this time around! Okay, so here's the deal. Cathedrals are hard as fuck to build and take a while, so Silent I agreed: The event's gonna last until 7PM EST TOMORROW, to give you guys enough time and for late joiners to start. So you have a full 24 hours to build.

The event starts at 7! I'm doing thanksgiving things with my family so I can't participate, but will be there at the start. All people doing it please PM me your creations at the end and I will make a judging thread! :>

Aight, since cathedrals can get pretty huge we might be doing it on another world within the server, stay tuned.
