It looks good, but I think the logo part (The big SG) needs more detail. Maybe a lighter shade of green too, with shadow/glow around it?

Wait, there's something wrong with that ipuke. What if someone that comments exposes a "fatal flaw" in the applicant (ie a bad experience or something no one else knows)? No one commenting would know about it and there could *potentially* be a "bad" person getting admin.
