Pretty much what has been mentioned. If an admin isn't in the server to help, add some to your friends list. There's a thread (albeit needing to be updated) of admins' steam usernames in the Questions forum: http://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/showthread.php?t=21352 If that fails, you can always record a demo and submit it via a Player Complaint. Here are some threads to help with demoing and information: Demoing Hackers and Information How to cut long demos How to make a demo And as headshot said, admins aren't required to enforce the rules, but usually they do and if it pisses them off there will be consequences.
