Fox and CBS play most of the games on Sunday. ABC broadcasts the Sunday night game and ESPN does Monday Night Football. As for baseball. Al of these channels broadcasts it as well. Your best bet is to go to nfl.com or mlb.com and look at the schedules. There are a lot of local channels that do every game. Like here in colorado we have altitude and FSN Rocky Mountain that broadcast all the Colorado Rockies and Avalanche games.
