Freshman year of HS was alright. Nothing good or bad came of it. I am in my freshman year of college, and I actually dislike it. I only talk to at most 3 people a day in college, compared to the 20-30 I would daily in HS. It's pretty depressing actually. All of my friends moved away SO NOW YOU'RE MY ONLY FRIENDS I GOT. xD Classes are good though, none of the filler BS like in HS. I have about 6 hours of class 2 days a week and every minute counts.

It looks bad, but it really isn't. This was with the case open, most of the cables are pushed behind the mobo tray or out of the way of the airflow. Not a fan of modular power supplies, having a single direct connection is the way to go for me. As I said I can just route all unwanted cables behind the mobo tray.

So over the past few months my Stock 8800 GT cooler had been getting worse and worse. It got to the point where I couldn't even play Burnout Paradise or Crysis without it overheating (Peaked at 105C). After asking around here, I decided to get the Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 Rev.2. I installed it with 1 Silverstone 120mm fan zip tied to it two nights ago and man, does this thing cool. Before with stock cooling running Crysis at Very High (1920x1200) would result in a peak temp of 105C. My GPU was getting so hot it could boil water. Now, running Crysis at Very High (2048x1152) results in a mere peak of 45C. That's a 60C difference right there. Was this cooler worth $25? Hell yeah. If you're still stuck with the 8800 GT's ****astic stock cooler and are looking for a good aftermarket, you can't go wrong with the Accelero S1. Just make sure you have the space. With my fan attached, the cooler takes up a good 2 slots in addition to the graphics card. I think that NVIDIA will definitely have the most powerful card, but at what cost? Sure the GTX 295 is the fastest single card on the list, but its power consumption and price are insane. I would like to see NVIDIA release another "8800 GT", but NOT another G92 knockoff... NVIDIA's whole rebranding and core renaming scheme really distanced me from them. That said, I believe that NVIDIA will have the faster card on the market, but not the best high-end price/performance ratio I'm looking for. That is unless they prove me wrong. @ReGIONALS Nice to see another OCN member. xD

With the releases of both the GT300 (NVIDIA) and RV870 (ATI) ever so close, I think it would be appropriate to have a discussion on who you think will win. So, who do you think will come out on top? Will NVIDIA break its cycle of rebranding and come out on top or will ATI take the crown? Most importantly, who do you think you will be buying from in the near future? That is, if you plan to at all? Please, no bashing others and their choices, let's just have a civilized discussion.

Exactly. If there is one thing to not cheap out on a computer, it would have to be the power supply. If you decide to go bargain bin, you not only risk the power supply becoming a shower of sparks, but you also risk everything connected to it. If my knowledge serves me correctly, OCZ bought out PCP&C. Though, I don't know if that had any effect on OCZ's own power supplies. The only downside on PCP&C is that they don't offer any modular PSUs. So if that is your thing, you're out of luck with them.

PC Power & Cooling makes the best PSUs on the market. They may cost a bit more, but are well worth it.

Forgot that I use a Sidewinder. :X But I think it will be more of a Apple Store kind of thing. A place where people can browse different Microsoft related devices and put a face to the company that these products are dependent on. Just my two cents.
