  3. With the reduction of the napalm effect duration as well as the horizontal and vertical knockback changes, I don't think it's much of a problem for zombies anymore. If this however is still an issue in the future I may consider doing the specific map configurations.
  4. Have you guys noticed any changes to the grenades at all? The vertical and horizontal grenade knockback has been reduced by two for a couple of days already. As a zombie while running you don't get knockback'd as much, but when you jump and get hit by a nade you do (to make sure bhopping zombies aren't too OP).

As I prefer to keep the ability to resupply an extra grenade due to the said reasons above, I will tweak the nade knockback settings some more throughout this week and will see what other players have to say once these adjustments have been made. This will be experimented with so don't expect the perfect settings in one try.
  8. While this would be the most ideal situation, we've tried molotovs in the past but unfortunately it doesn't do the server any good, performance wise. I've already decreased the duration of the napalm effect from 5 to 3 and I'm currently debating whether or not to limit grenades to a maximum of ONE only and leaving the grenade settings as it is. However, I do think the players heavily depend on their grenades though, not just for zombies but as well for bossfights, so that's something I'm not too certain about. Thoughts?
  9. I've already discussed this issue with @AntiTeal. The idea I've proposed to him is to disable Skillbot for the first 30-60 seconds so that there are no points to be gained during that time (not by damage, not by playtime, nor by wins). They can still spawn kill the first few zombies, sure.. but that was always a possibility - however they won't gain any points, so it would be pretty pointless for them to do so (it'd be like how things were before SB was added). This seems like the more appropriate course of action to take so that we don't have to make a rule against this and end up punishing players for try-harding on getting points (seems a bit silly if we need to really).
  10. We should probably not remove anything that's currently in place for the Skillbot plugin already. It would be the same if we would suddenly remove certain skins/items from the store that people already purchased with their earned credits, that's an absolute no go. Also VIP is great example, while we introduced this we avoided taking away any subscriber perks (because those were already earned by the people that donated for subscriber) but instead decided to add more to the VIP rank. Store for ZE is still something that's being worked on, but there are some technical issues, which is why it's still not there and since that Liam is pretty much on top of the new TTT plugin right now it could take a while. I'm also not sure how I feel like changing it all up again. ^ also answered by @Black Rain.

  14. While I wouldn't mind seeing this idea being implemented, I am curious to see how this would be done. Skill surf actually has a plugin that tracks how many maps/levels you have beaten and therefore is able to track the right amount of percentage of maps you've finished -- this is not something we have on ZE and I'm not entirely sure how that is going to work other than us doing something similar to skill surf whereas you need to add start/end zones (then again, not sure how that would work with ZE because reaching an end zone doesn't automatically mean you actually beat the map/level). Like I said, I like your idea but I will need to figure out if this is realistically possible. Basically this.

If you have suggestions for models don't hold back and go and ask them for that specific server. Not everyone is in favor of adding these so called 'anime/weeb' models though - Why? Ask them.

  18. GameMe stats has never been removed. It's always been active but is just not displayed on the server itself anymore due to lag/sync issues - neither do people gain anything by turning into a zombie with the current Skillbot plugin, which happens to be the case with GameMe. To be honest, I've never seen so many tryhard being played nowadays ever since this rank plugin was implemented. I barely see icecap or any other similiar maps being played the last couple of weeks. I also don't see the logic in people doorhugging because they're afraid to die. Zombies infecting humans doesn't make them lose any points as you only lose points when you die by the 'world', so wouldn't that motivate them to defend and gain points instead of hugging the door and not gain anything? These are also the things I've noticed and would like to see being changed somewhere in the future. Currently you need to go through every rank to see what perks are available to you, yeah perhaps we're a bit lazy but it would make things more easier if it's done the way Punky described. Also agree with pretty much everything @diryathing said. Skillbot will most likely still be tweaked/changed in the future as it's still in early phase and could still use some adjustements here and there, which is why I agree that it's currently too early to come to a conclusion to say that this plugin doesn't work for us and should be removed.
  19. Nowhere does it say in the FAQ that it has to be past 2 minutes in order for you to be able to claim a room. I don't know where people get this idea from that you can't claim rooms before 2 minutes. It's mostly common sense really, whenever you are being KOS'd, being shot at or feel like you're the only innocent left alive you have a reason to claim a room for your own safety.
  20. In all seriousness though, I think it's fine the way it is. I don't think it's wrong to have some element that makes you lose points because otherwise once you reach the maximum amount of points there's nothing left to work towards to. Points are more easy to gain than losing them tbh. You get 3 points every minute for playing, as well as 3 points for dealing 4000 damage to zombies which is more likely to happen than you being killed by the 'world'.
