I can definitely see the lore knife being mistaken to the golden knife. Once again this depends on the situation at hand. If you clearly know that the knife someone is holding is in fact a lore and not a golden knife then I don't see any reason to kill the person. As I said the lore knife can easily be confused to the golden knife, so in a scenario where someone runs up to you and takes a swing at you with a knife that seems golden then obviously you have the right to kill him. Someone just running up to you isn't really a reason to kill someone unless you are 100% sure he's holding a Traitor weapon, the golden knife in this case.

I'll remove the current version from the rotation. I'd be more that happy to test the new version and add it to the rotation if you're able to fix the major issues with the map.

The soundtracks from the Dollars trilogy are truly amazing.

I don't think it's worth making a plugin for such a small thing. The next map is already displayed after the vote has finished, tho everyone usually forgets it by the end of the map, and the chat spam at the end of the map isn't really that big of a problem. Also the nextmap function does serve a purpose if you aren't sure if the next map has already been chosen.

Well you can already find it in some of the maps I think it would be pretty useless. Ans since we can't edit the content of the T menu right now this isn't going to happen.

This is absolutely not going to happen. I'm not going to make shooting around someone against the rules just because you're being trigger happy and get mad for losing karma for it. Sure we allow you to kill the T-baiters, but that does not mean that you have to kill them for it. I know for a fact that you're a little hot headed abom, my advice would be to take the gamemode and karma race a little less serious and ignore those trying to T-bait you or just straight up shoot them.
