  1. Looks like the plugin completely stopped working after some cs:go update. It worked fine when I added the advertisement for the discord server. I switched to a whole new plugin and the shortcuts should work again on TTT. I also added the advertisement for the Teamspeak shortcut.
  2. Bread it's really heartbreaking to see you go. You have been a big part of this community for so long and the impact you've had deserves some special recognition. Anyway I wish you all the best to the rest of your college time and your future careers. Hopefully you'll find the time and the passion for this place again in the future.

  4. Hey Everyone! The karma has been reset and it's time to introduce our bi-monthly TTT karma contest. How it works is we are going to reset the karma every two months and after a month the top 3 players with the highest karma will receive an award for their skill and dedication. The karma has been uncapped so no need to worry about hitting the max karma. The first contest for February will start now and will end on Sunday March 4th 12:00am CST(Midnight). The top 3 players with the best karma will receive the following awards: Happy Gaming!
  5. So I got the map to work while I was alone on the server. However, while exploring I found out that you can get out of the map pretty easily. Infact I pretty much just jumped over a fence. + the map is pretty poorly made overall. I'm not going to add this map to the rotation.

  7. The map crashed almost everyone's client. Kind of weird since it worked fine on single player. I'm going to test this one again with a lower population if I can find what's causing it to crash.

  10. I will always be against adding automatic punishments of any kinds to our servers, especially to a game mode like TTT. Wawy explained it pretty well, the karma system can't tell if someone is baited into loosing karma or if someone is playing by the rules but doesn't play so seriously. I'd rather have our admins deal with the rule breakers since TTT is such a situational game mode. Game me ranking system isn't really suitable for TTT. It counts every kill RDM or legit to your score and it can't tell how well you actually play the game mode, as in do your job as inno/traitor/detective. I'd rather have some sort of system that actually counts what matters. Now I have given this whole ranking system a lot of thought these couple of days. Now the karma system wasn't first meant to be a ranking system, but in a way it kind of works just fine as one and the players base seems to be enjoying it. It takes into account what you do right and what you do wrong and adds reduces points accordingly, just what I'd expect a TTT ranking system to do. As has been suggested we could increase the max karma and reset every one or two months or any other tweaks to further improve the system. However, if someone was to come up with a better system then I'd be more that happy to give it a go. As for the rewards, I won't promise anything but I'll see what we are able to do. Doing in-game tags is a no go since we have the chat tags for subscribers and clan tag is reserved for the TTT team tag[iNNOCENT/TRAITOR].
  11. I actually like the idea of having a separate ranking system. Because CS:GO is such a competitive game, people like to have something to compete for. I feel like having some sort of ranking system only benefits us giving the players some sort of goal to reach for. We could definitely give it a try if we can come up with something suitable for TTT. Now as it has been mentioned, the karma system was implemented to give players the incentive to play properly. As we now know it became kind of a ranking system. I personally see nothing wrong with people wanting to go for the max karma, but apparently people take it way too seriously. I'm afraid that if we do decide to go how the karma was on GMOD TTT it will become obsolete where no one will even care about it and it's just on the background.

  16. This is a great idea that we might implement in the future. Unfortunately we aren't able to add any new features to TTT because we are making a new TTT plugin(as I'm sure you're all aware). I will definitely keep this in mind for the future.
  17. I do believe that rewording of this specific question is in order. I don't think we should remove it completely because it does serve a purpose. On removing the line from the rules I completely agree. I find the phrase "Detectives can give orders within reason" very misleading and it conflict with the FAQ page. In my opinion the TTT: FAQ thread describes it quite accurately. I believe this and the in-game FAQ could be both reworded to something along this:

  23. Once again it's time for the community to vote on which game mode gets to be this month's MGT event. The game mode with the highest number of votes will be chosen as the MGT. The poll opens for 1 week. You only get one vote so choose wisely on which one you really want to play. Below are a showcase of the game modes you get to vote for September: CSGO Hitman A gamemode where 1 random person is selected as the Hitman and the rest are known as 'Targets'. The Hitman will get 1 random target to kill, and after he killed that target, he will get a new one. CSGO Ghost hunter Ghosts vs Hunters. The ghosts can only use their knives but get stealth and bullet-proof and the hunters can use whatever weapon they choose. If you remember the old Hidden:Source mod from back in the day, it's sort of like that!
