  1. Vanilla TTT

    Garry's Mod: Murder
  2. Kinda pathetic for a community :/
  3. So who are you, calling me a fag out of nowhere? ^^

  4. I'm still waiting.. I promised that I'd round it up to 1000$ if we reach 750$ before the 20th.. But after that, I want guarantees that we'll be doing well thought and reasonable changes with that money. And decent promotions ;)
  5. Were you the poopcake in tinychat?

  6. If only you had made a demo..
  7. If you'd need a co-op buddy for borderlands, count me in.. I'm playing stealth.

  8. It'd be great to have those 'older' admins back.. It's getting even worse since the Admin Apps are public. Old admins like Sexy Fish ask their admin back and they still doubt they'd be admin material.

    *Facepalm*

  9. Please return as an admin.. And I have seen Iron Maiden.. Beat that :)

  10. Those many bhop servers we already had, were set up correctly.. Had perks.. etc. -> They died. Making more CSS servers would be throwing a banana at a dead monkey at the moment. I have been asking for a ScoutKnivez servers countless times, but I have to admit that the only decent servers in their kind are with RPG..
  11. Then tell us exactly what servers we need to make. Shouldn't be too hard for the BoM
  12. I think the focus should lay on creating new servers and see what the higher-ups have planned for us with the requested money before creating new small entities within the community that have no real purpose at this moment.
  13. First of all.. I'm glad XeNo that you held your word and played open card here. But this is an empty promise in my opinion.. Hear me out why. 1) We haven't reached our monthly goal once or twice this year. We used the extra money to fill in the blanks. Didn't we see this coming this year? As Neptune said, CSS is a dying game.. The way that we have to struggle sometimes to fill up the servers on a weekend is sad. 2) The community rings the alarm bell. The money is enough, but not enough to improve. But what are we going to do? Will we all just donate blindly here? I think that the higher-ups should be given a week or two max to work out a plan. As I said in my New Year thread, the community is not of that nature that it would like Steamgamers cease to exist. Caution, Nishok and MPQC. This may be something that isn't going to fit into your schedules. But we should be informed with everything you guys know. We shouldn't donate money to Steamgamers unless you guys give us a clear schedule of what those changes are that you want to achieve with the money that you ask. If I can speak in the name of most people, I don't care if I have to donate.. I'd be gladly to help out with 50$ or more.. But I wouldn't like to see my money disappear in the hands of a small group of people that doesn't know what to do with it and just spends it on the wrong investments. What we need: A plan of what changes will come and what the total cost is To take a peek at other communities.. What do they have? A better and faster management or creation of servers. DayZ, Just Cause MP, ... Those new games that would lure people into the community.. It doesn't matter if the server dies after a month or two if we can get the players to join the community and convince them to buy the other games for the servers that our community has to offer. It's no shame to copy another community like eGO.. In the way of servers atleast. New ways to donate, paypal isn't easy to use.. if PaysafeCard was introduced, it would be very easy for German, Dutch and Belgian players to donate atleast.. Good luck and keep us informed!
  14. Otherwise his mother wouldn't let him go out and play with his cool friends. EDIT: Not to be a jerk.. But everytime we see an English show on TV, they all don't seem to care about dental care.. Isn't it a big deal in England to have clean and proper teeth?
  15. Welcome, The year 2013 has passed. We have ended the year with new friendships, and old ones leaving us. Some of us graduated and started having jobs, others started a family, etc. I think that 2013 started off with the moment of losing a big part of our Steamgamers history because of some hacker(s). It’s hard to lose some of the best ban appeal threads.. Amen We were fed a lot of promises. Promises from the higher-ups towards the player base that there were a lot of changes coming up this year. And they held promise. We have an active group of admins now, while the inactive roles have been filled in again. The servers have been slightly less filled up this year because CS:GO came out, but we’re still hanging in there! We have been working together these last few months suggesting new servers, ideas for tournaments (although they don’t work out as planned at the moment, which is pretty sad to see). Accordingly, there were changes to the ingame store (A success for the higher-ups, it gave us a lot of donations this year) and the players came into action to help revamp Steamgamers for the future. Things i'd actually like to see: Gradually make the step to CS:GO with either ZE or a second MG server Challenge the AO's to let them make 2-day events each weekend to bring back old mods (Gungame, Bhop, Breakfloor, Napalm,...) Move on to a new medium that replaces Ventrilo Encouragement by the community towards players to buy new games (raffle, new servers, extra promotion, etc.) A community-wide shortlist/poll that lets the players select their favorite games, so that the Higher-ups have a better indication or guide to see what is a good game to make server(s) for. Considering the idea that people who got banned 3 years ago, actually can get a chance to prove themselves again towards the community Etc About the future of Steamgamers, I can say one thing about the idea of Steamgamers disappearing as a community, or it would “die” like some would say.. I don’t like the idea, and I’m sure there is an immense group within the community that feels the same way. Because of this, I can safely say that the community wide new years resolution should be “Change”. “Gee, thanks Obama!”. We don’t have the opportunity to purchase an expensive healthcare for our community, but I do think we will have a hard time if we don’t actually take action. And I think the new year is the best way to start this. A new year, A new year for SG and it’s people. An early “HAPPY NEW YEAR” from me towards you guys (because I will be out partying tomorrow). Zaraki There is a reason i'm posting this obviously.. I want to ask you personally to write down your favorite multiplayer PC games in this thread. And if you have a game, what mod/server would you like for it In this format if possible: Thank you!!!
  16. Post Your Car!

Pretty sad to see the American population having such difficulty driving stick.. We first must learn how to drive with a stick before we can try automatic or we get a limited drivers license. An automatic car is something i'll avoid forever.. it's just waste of money unless you're into driving expensive cars, which mostly come in an automatic version like BMW's or Mercedes :s
  17. Oh yeah, can't wait until this starts But I have read the rules, and so I can't start a kind of agreement between somebody and myself? We won't reveal our identities to eachother, but we'll discuss some stuff in private.
  18. I was already wondering who was spawning all these NPC's around me.. I only wanted a peaceful round of TTT
  19. Well fuck me, the only moment that I can't play a match in 6 weeks xD
  20. I have the most expensive car in the game and if they destroy my car, they have to pay up alot of money. So I don't care I get killed ;)
  21. Rust Server?

This won't add much to the community imo.. The game itself isn't that big at the time beeing. I have played alot of these zombie survival games, and it's too early to say if the game has any future.. As I said "Imo" I have played a cracked version of this, and I think DayZ is the better alternative.
