  1. I saw footage from SeaNanners playing sledbuild on Gmod. Looks pretty fun, but once you know the trick, it's an easy win. Season'd Servers are a great idea indeed!
  2. Good chivalry servers with a decent ping and without lag are rare in Chivalry, but if we can bind those people to SG, They will be coming back. But you have a point about this. Banana Joe said that they are planning changes, so we'll have more insight on it in a week or two. SG is no lost cause, we are working together as a community, what the whole point of this community must be. Having fun with decent people and innovation of the community by working together as a team. If we have that, it doesn't matter to me if a server dies over time.
  3. Forgive my lack of knowledge about this, But aren't they planning to take away all American armed forces from Afghanistan?
  4. I can follow in that.. But then we have to announce it in the servers that we're going to expand/start a forum-wide poll. And ask them all to register to http://www.steam-gamers.net . SA's should be encouraged to ask people if they would register on the forums. It's only one line of text.
  5. Alot of people want a BF4 server, but don't have the insight or credibility to keep it alive. We have alot of members that can't buy a new game or stick to the same games. That's why we have to know what games our members play and what we can offer them without them having to buy or pay anything. That's why a database would prove useful. A poll can only provide what they want.. But if more than 10 people have Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, give them a chance to create a server, keep it alive and lure in people to Steamgamers.com. SA's should be encouraged to say that ingame. That the players should check up on the forums ;) EDIT: Fuck yeah, We invited some people and just camped ZE.. How's about that?
  6. See, A lot of players have games that aren't really known amongst us and in the meantime we don't know about it that some of us have it. I recommend creating a list or database of all the games we own to have a clear view on what servers to buy or create. It's a bit of work, but costs nothing and give the Higher-ups less work.
  7. Caution still has to make the sacrifice.. for the $$.
  8. Some ideas for possible new servers: - Arma 3 - Battlefield 4 - Chivalry: Medieval Warfare - Call of Duty 4 - Dota 2 - Counter-Strike: GO - Cube World - Shootmania Storm - Terraria - ... We should have a 'program' or database with entries from our current players to see what games we have in common. That should give the Higher-ups a clear view on what servers are not going to be filled by our own players. If we can move that into the level where we can see percentages, it should even encourage others to buy highly owned games or steer the server creation in clear directions! We have to be reasonable. If only 3% has Battlefield 4, then keeping it alive must be harder. If our servers are good we have an advantage! Edit: It's important that we all make an effort. We're young and we have the most creative minds. If you are staying idle when it is asked to share an idea, it's possible that you have something on your mind or have other stuff to do. But hold this in mind: We are experts in what we do, others more than the most and if you have an idea, share it. Even if it's something like "new layout for forums" or "other rankings".. Every small idea can evolve into a new method to approach new players.
  9. What have you done to Assassin's Creed? :o

    Ezio's hatin' :p

  10. I feel that the transition to CS:GO must be made gradually. We don't have to make 5 servers at once.. We have to listen to the players in Steamgamers that play alot of CS:GO at the moment and discover what servers are interesting for us. Also, don't get rid of the CSS servers. We can't be certain that the transition to new and old games will attract new players and create a new playerbase. And for the last, I still feel that we should build upon a creative solution involving divisions. We have to get together with Higher-ups and both the regular gamers to discover what games we have in common. A transition to League of Legends or Smite (both well known games) could be interesting when we decide to expand. We don't have to choose games that make us host servers. If somebody feels the same way or wants to discuss this idea or give better solutions, please add me on steam! EDIT: When we can advertise to other players to join SG, we can convince them to join the fun and buy other games like CS:GO or CSS. That's why we need to expand our limits and do the approach where we make it interesting for new players to join SG. Ventrilo or Teamspeak must be centralized again! (I don't use it that often because of my parents who have busy schedules and make it impossible for me to even say anything or play loud music). It's important for everybody to see what everybody is doing and who is active in what server. Mostly for SA's.

Can you check if that works? ^^

  13. You can put me in on a random team. Either way, if this would happen, Make it so that the matches are done on friday-evening, Saturday and Sunday-Afternoon please. I'll commit myself to do this and give it my best shot ;) If you guys would let me, I would help organise etc. I'm pretty good at organising stuff (granted, I'm known as a hardcore troll). The hardest part about organising this thing, is that we have to read through 12 pages of posts.. That's no way to organise an event tbh. Make a steam group for it (the specific tournament) and let the people join a chat. Or Tinychat? Good luck!
  14. That Nerd! What if the webcam has crappy quality and freezes the moment when she takes off her top?
  15. SG Roast

Let's unban Starbucks for a full hour..
  16. I'm really into having a proper Scoutknivez server! I'd pay 10$ each month to support it.
  17. SG Roast

If I would offer myself as a target, the roast-evening would turn into a 24-hour trollfest. Let's do it! Altough.. Does the person who gets roasted have to be online?
  18. SG Roast

What is "Roasting"? I'm sure alot of people think this.. EDIT: Ok, making fun of people and let the person take it all in.. It's like legit trolling. I'm in! EDIT+: I would like to bring Tweezy forward to be the guy who gets roasted. No way that you can say anything bad about him!
  19. i made a video

    How sad
  20. I'll give you the key for The Stanley Parable or Amnesia: A machine for pigs or something like that.

    Deal? :d

  21. XeNo for BD!
  22. Xeno BD

    He's just trying too hard.
  23. Still think that we need to change something about the current system here. Not necessarily the idea of divisions, but we're seriously losing ground very fast. We can't keep believing that "it's the time of the year".
