Just go on vent and be around the people that you're in game with, that way you can reply to their voice in-game. Viking does this for Minecraft and it means he can get to listen to people in vent and still communicate in-game.

Prime example of someone with admin that isn't on the forums EVER - Rusty. A lot of people come down in the admin applications due to being inactive on the forums but the thing is, they aren't THAT active elsewhere either or they don't make themselves stand out. Josh manages to remain active on vent and in game, making himself stand out without being a complete tryhard, making friends with a lot of SA+ (why he was successful).

You should consider using the chatbox to discuss some of your ideas before putting them forward in a thread. I mean, if a player wants to donate, they have the community name, the address and if they can't find their way to donating... they shouldn't be dealing with money on the internet.
