This rule seems stupid honestly. Maybe a CT could have been AFK and then comes back and sees Ts in a vent, while the other CTs told the Ts to go in the vent for a reason. Then the CT who was AFK will kill the T(s) and will have free killed, and he will be banned for doing the right thing.
