If I wanted to sacrifice some gaming power for mobility and vice versa, would the hp laptop with a mobility 5850 actually be that bad of an idea? I think I was reading benchmarks that said it gets pretty solid FPS in recent games like BFBC2 and it could definitely run Source games. I mean there's always the option of building my own PC, but a laptop offers some options that are helpful for college.
