I've never had any problems with the G930's, and if you're like me and hate dangling wires around you, they're absolutely perfect. The only times I've had issues with battery life is when I forgot to leave them to charge. It has excellent battery life too, a 2 hour recharge will give you about 10 hours of juice, and they give you plenty of wire in case you need to play while you're charging. Otherwise, I cannot recommend enough the Plantronics Gamecom 780. It's a budget (virtual) surround sound headset, but it beats several that are well over $100. It's also the highest rated surround sound headset on Amazon IIRC. I had one and I loved it, but I had a serious problem with a driver conflict, which only a couple dozen seemed to have. That appears to have been patched though.

There's only 2 models out right now, both for laptops. One mid-range, one relatively high-performance for laptops.
