@frosty The thing I meant with the judging thing is that, are they just gunna say like "yeah this feels nice to play 90 points" or are they actually going to break it down into more things. Just having "Gameplay" could mean a lot of things. ----------------- What's it like for traitors on the map? Lots of ways to sneakily do shit and escape? Is there a lot of guns around the map so you're not stuck with waiting for someone to die? Do innocents have a good chance at being seen if they die, but at the same time are there are number of areas where traitors can lure and discretely kill people? There are lots of things that gameplay could MEAN, it's quite vague when you think about it. I won't go about the other topics as you can see my point here, but I'd like for it to be broken down more. Also, just reading this now, 5 is a bit bollocks isn't it? 75 points for new mappers? See the problem I have with that is that's almost 1/5th of the total points for being new. Now how is that judged exactly? I know how SDK works and how to make entities and shit work together, but I have no fucking clue where to start with creating a map from scratch, and am therefore new? I'd assume maybe time spent in SDK "2. Visuals – max 80 Points Technical Editor Part max 80 Points" I also don't get why this line seems so fucked to me. Is it supposed to be 2 separate points but you didn't realise the mistake? What does "Technical Editor Part" even mean? xd I'd just like if a description of atleast how things would be judged in more-depth would be released cause it seems so vague currently. However, I'm glad finally a mapping contest is being made.

Who are the judges of the contest? How exactly are things going to be judged? Just give a number of points you think it's worth? xd What forum award do we get?

Playing instruments would be a really neat thing to learn but I don't enjoy it currently enough to spend time into learning how to play a guitar or something, so I'd definitely say learning how to play a guitar or something similar.

Sub only or expensive shit in store?

So I've been playing this a decent bit, and like most people I started off awful. After learning about revenge, and also using quick communication it's quite obvious how to win certain fights. I must say some of the game is fucking shit and annoys me. The shit you can do on ladders annoys me, and I don't feel you should be able to just hold on a ladder and be able to keep easy ground on it to be honest. Ladders need changing, I feel. I've been playing as mostly one character, the Kensei. I really like his move set and it's important to not just read their combos but to also read the left side stuff. I didn't know Kensei had a way to always have unblockable attacks on final chain until I read that, and it just makes it so much easier to win some fights. Revenge mode I looked up cause it confused me, and it's very easy to get granted you play it well enough. I'll be honest, this game is pretty fun but I'd never pay £40? I think or $60 for this game. Definitely not worth that amount. I wouldn't buy it if it was half the price but I mean I would say it's a reasonable price. Another thing I have against this game is the equipment system. It makes no sense imo, what's the point in having equipment in a game like this? Maybe to show progression yeah but I mean still... The feats are ok and should be unlocked how they are but not equipment lol. I also encountered a strange bug. Half my current missions are in french. I mean... ok? lol I see no reason to even complete the missions either. Unless they are required for upgrading equipment then tl;dr game isn't worth the money, wouldn't pay if half price, has some stupid shit with it and some minor bugs. Changes made hopefully.

100% Doom. I've played a lot of it, like halfway through. I have collected everything you can up until this point, it's fun. Haven't played in a while. Also has multiplayer if that's interesting (idk) Half-life is also good. I played half-life 2 and loved it.

Getting rid of the war button would take 20 seconds to set up a stripper config, so now worries there. Having a quick glance though, looks pretty decent though, tons of games.

5 players MUST survive, but all the players can be forced into the death game. Just make sure you don't kill any more than necessary, so you are fine for not sending 5 players out of the deathgame.

I choked when I saw Windows Vista. My headphones used to disconnect and reconnect. They were different, logitech g633, so it had a detachable cable (might be the g933 idk). I eventually replaced the cable and I haven't had it do this since. It most likely is the cable. I'm not sure if Razer Kraken is a built-in cable or if you can change them easily, but there's a good chance that it's the cable.
