in part, color saturation and levels are going to be setup for viewing across a room. refresh rate etc might not be an issue but color calibration may well be. TVs generally aren't setup for staring at close range all day, monitors are. Plus, you are likely to have extremely high dot pitch compared to a monitor so you may well have something of a screen door effect when looking at it close up.
