Before you read, do NOT flame this thread with posts about how it's not even Halloween or Thanksgiving yet. I don't want to hear about it, and I'm just starting early so we know how many people are interested. In the spirit of the holiday months, TCP, LVG, and Myself have decided to take it upon ourselves to introduce a "Secret Santa" program up until December 31st. What this involves, is exchanging a gift between a community member that you will be randomly paired with depending on your price range. Here's how it will work: There will be 4 different price range scales, ranging from: $0.01-$10.00 $10.01-$20.00 $20.01-$30.00 $30.00+ Reply to this thread with your name BY DECEMBER 6th, and the price range you feel most comfortable spending on another community member. Do NOT reply to this thread if you are NOT interested in participating, as I will be keeping a spreadsheet of the different people involved, and I don't want this thread to get cluttered. Then, after we receive the names we will randomize the spreadsheet, pairing up two people at a time from each category. The partners will be announced on December 7th assuming all goes well. Here's a few gift ideas that you could possibly use: -A Month of Admin or Supporter -One of the various games available on STEAM by purchasing it as a gift -World of Warcraft or Warhammer Online Gold The possibilities are endless. Let's keep all these gifts on the "Digital" end of things, meaning if you want to send your partner something in the mail, discuss it on your own terms, not with the general public. So like I said, this is just a promotion for the Holiday season and in order to remind ourselves that it is fun to GIVE, but also to give knowing you are receiving something as well. I do all of my video-work on my Macbook. I absolutely LOVE iMovie HD and Final Cut Pro. I mostly use iMovie for making the movies and editing clips, but if I need to extract clips from movies or other videos, I use Simple Video Splicer. Sorry if this doesn't help, but this is just pointed to all those Mac-owners. -Modgers
