Yeah so I am in need of a 15 slot ventrilo server, version 3 Me and my friends would prefer a own server, not shared one since they tend to have people join / quit a lot and most of the group likes to hear who joins and who leaves server. So anyone know some really cheap ones from Europe, preferrably located in Germany? The reason / story why I'm looking for new vent server is below; I was having a 22 slot ventrilo server from them for about a year, working fine with a few bumps in the road that got fixed. Tho now, on last Sunday (22/03/2009) they deleted my account and still charged the monthly fee from non-existing ventrilo. The catch here was that I had a six slot 24h Test server to Counter-strike: Source from them for a month since they never had removed it and I actually Did request to remove it. Due to this server they claimed I had been abusing the system, when I have not, and deleted my account. On Sunday evening they said they'll check to my billing and reply within next Twenty-Four (24) hours and apologized for the inconveince. Now we're living on Wednesday, still no response to the two tickets regarding my ventrilo and the CSS server the never removed. So now I went a little radical here since they charged for non-existing service; I cancelled my credit card. Yes, it sounds stupid as fuck but what you can do when they have no option to change my payment method? And yea since I upgraded my bank account from "regular" to "valued" customer, I got the credit-card renewal for free, lucky me.. I cant begin to mock the company more than that as it's been a damn shit experience and there for; Do NOT go to Clanplanet.co.uk if you look for game server or ventrilo, stay away from them due to bad customer service and them not having proper measures of handling billing, hosting nor proper customer service.

Q to the Fucking T QFT! It's just out of hand at times now - miss the times about six months back REALLY bad....
