Dells are good for having nonstandard wiring arrangements. I found this out the first and only time I worked on a dell and learned, the hard way, that they didn't use the same psu/mobo power plug arrangements that everyone else did and what should have been ground was actually a hot wire.

When I first joined here getting admin was hard, the requirements were law, the community was a tough jury, and once you had admin you were held responsible for your actions and expected to take your position seriously. Now any ass with 9 bucks can get admin, they can do whatever the hell they want without any evidence needed, admin complaints roll in ALL the TIME and the attitude is that 9 bucks makes someone automatically a saint and incapable of doing wrong, and admins bitch and whine when someone joins vent and asks for one of them to do their god damn job for once and deal with something that can't wait for a demo to get posted. You want the decency of the old community back stop pandering to the "Hay guise I g0t 10th playce on stats fro killing ZOMBEEEEZ!" crowd, severely limit who can get admin, start expecting a minimum standard of conduct from admins, and most importantly take the damn admin complaints seriously. Admin complaints are not evidence someone is doing their job right, and they should all be taken seriously. ESPECIALLY now that this attitude of "fuck evidence" is so prevalent here.

Honestly i'd rather see the admin rules be MORE restrictive.

You can, without VAC giving a damn, because the FPSB one uses some tricks with the way source handles transparent sprites to get one using the custom skin/texture system. Ordinarily though iirc black means fully transparent so actually getting a black crosshair outside of the static ones used for scopes is pretty difficult. Why on earth would you want a color that dissapears against so many backgrounds though?
