No way, the uppers have enough book keeping to do as it is with regular admins and 2 supporter levels. No one will want to pay like 2-3 dollars less a month to get like 2 abilities, when they can pay 3 more to get everything. Also, if this happened, we would not lower the standards for getting this, so i dont see how anyone would want to go through the whole admin process just to get an extremely watered down version of admin, when they can pay slightly more for the full thing.

BAD IDEA! Give me a name and I bet you i can find an evil person in History who had at least part of that name. In France, all names are sanctioned by the Government!!!!! Every name has to be picked from a list of "acceptable" names, in order to prevent teasing. What if you wanted to name your girl "Nevaeh" like that rocker did, well in France you couldn't, because its not on the list. How would you like that here in the US??? Not being able to give your kid a unique name.

They have every right to name their kids this. Why can't words just be words anymore? Every day it seems more and more words are added to the Politically Incorrect category, and only more will continue to appear. For example, Obama's middle name is Hussein, and yes there was a bad man by the name of Hussein, but that doesnt mean that the name should be off limits forever. One person should not be able to ruin a name. The same thing is true with Adolf Hitler. This name meant nothing before he was born, but now even speaking this name is illegal in some places, and the name has so many negative connotations that it will never able to again be just what it is, a name. However, more on topic, their parents are complete idiots for not putting their kids first and thinking about their future. Seriously, why would you name your kid this knowing the consequences later in life. And moreover, since the store is a private company I believe they have the right to "descriminate" (I know its a strong word for such a case of a dumbass name, but really, all they are doing is discriminating against a name because of its negative meaning, in the same way that blacks were descriminated against because their skin color and the negative things that were attached to that color, when really, all it was was a different color) against ANYONE THEY WANT. Any private company should be able to serve WHOEVER THEY WANT. If someone wanted to open a whites only restaurant in my town i wouldn't have a problem with it because, first of all they are dumbasses for turning down minority business, and two, chances are whites wont eat there and the business will fail. (I know i would never eat at a place I knew was so racist). Nowadays major discrimination in business will almost surely cause a business to fail, so therefore if you want to discriminate go ahead, all you are gonna do is run your business into the ground. Basically, so long as a business doesn't provide a vital to life service (Medicine, Water, Heat etc. most of which are government funded anyways, so they must not disriminate) they should be able to serve whomever they desire.
