  6. Imo its kinda funny. When you look at the whole game lending/gifting buisness, its still more accessible than our own Steam. Publishers should try to adopt that mentality that if they're afraid sales will go down because of a used game markets, then just decrease the price in quarterly or half-year increments by $5-10. An example is Skyrim on Steam that's now half of it's original price. That way, even if you can't lend games, you still feel as thiugh the company listens to you. Just my two cents on this whole Xbox One deal.

So far everything I've read about liver/kidney damage onlu happens in a handful of people and in some it just doesn't even work. But obviously if you use it once and get dehydrated way too often, then most definitely stop before you fuck anything up. I guess I jumped ahead of myself and said muscle mass, but even if its water at first, it would still be useful for something like gaining for wrestling etc. As long as you do lift it off. And when you don't need it. Dont use it.
  10. people aren't hitting me at awkward angles. Pretty much that + the tackle pressure screwed me over. Whereas in track, running wouldn't effect it at that angle + with that pressure heres a good pic:
  11. Tore my ligaments in my foot last season. If I stress them too much again, I'd need surgery, so there's no need for me to jeopardize my track career seeing as how im not half bad. I usually go to the school gym after school and if no supervisor is there, then I hit up the Y. In the summers, there's an offseason football lift that I do even though I don't play. That helps too. Mon-Thursday in the summer of strength and conditioning followed by swimming and sports. Summers are always the best time to lift etc. I think.
  12. I personally don't. I've taken creatine before races a couple of times, but unless I need muscle mass fast, I don't see the need for it. Some of my friends use it though, usually before/during/after the lifts. Since I'm not allowed to play football anymore, my direct need for muscle mass has kinda faded, so now it's just training for sprinting season. na, creatine just helps you lift for a longer amount of time. it adds on that extra 5lbs you couldn't get before.
  13. Well I here I am: the past year ive been doing arms/chest one day, then legs the next, both days with abs (i can never muster up enough motivation for them). right now im 5'6" at 150lbs wanna hit 160 sooner than later; itll be hard :/

  16. Played soccer for 8 years before. Did football for 3, then I got a foot injury and no more contact sports for me. So now I sprint my days away.

  18. Just finished. Motion blur is a bitch. My weirdest sensation is why I play Far Cry 3 and you're sprinting and you can hear your character's heavy breathing, then I find myself breathing heavily too. Weird dude.
