    Actually, eat meat. Without meat you can't get muscles. The more muscles you have the easier it gets. Don't eat McDonald's or shit like that, eat real meat, Drink water instead of cola and always do 100 to 200 situps a day (atleast) and some pushups if you can.

    Simple, your food doesn't have to be SUPER HEALTHY, low carb, but the key is you work out, doesn't have to be hardcore, but if you do it half an hour to one hour a day, it will do miracles. I have no idea how I lost mine, I was a fatfuck before, just as soon I became 14 the fat just went off, I didn't excercise or eat less.. I dunno why.
