Being a past mmorpg addict I can truely say that all rpgs suck. It is one thing when you are with friends because atleast you can have a social life whilst you play a game with such pointless meanings, but if none of your friends are online or you are just some loner then WOW, I would rather watch the meatspin counter hit 1,000,000 than play it. 1. The distance??? I played Oblivion and saw that you could simply teleport to any point, but that makes the game a bit pointless.... You then have the extreme opposite such as WoW where you are walking for AGES to get somewhere. Atleast WoW has an auto walk so your fingers dont die but you still have to endure the looongggg wait. 2. Quests. Half the time it is "Kill 10 chickens" or "Travel to Kimaestrolasias' Castle and slay him (killing or running away from 1000 of the same monsters". 3. Training. Definitely my biggest hate. I played Runescape because my friend did and the only reason I didn't kill myself was because I used macros to level up but for those people who cut down 1000000000 trees, kill 313256225615 goblins and whatever else, IS THERE NOTHING BETTER IN YOUR LIFE THAN THIS?. 4. PvP. The only reason I didn't quit Runescape was because of the great pking, which WoW fails to stand equal to. Sadly even Runescape's PvP has become drastically boring because of the retarded 6 year olds who got tricked into dieing (the only possible way I could make the game fun). 5. The Price. I'm not cheap but first you have to buy the game for like £30, and then there is the monthly fee and then comes expansions.....In the end you are forking out a lot of money for something I might have to be paid to consider playing. 6. Same old.... Everything is based around the old crap. Swords....Bows....Magic....even rpgs which try to be different have the same old boring tasks. But I guess if you want to play it go ahead and play it. I probably would if I had some real life friends who played it a lot but they don't so definite no for me :thumbdown: Oh yeah a good point of an mmorpg........Depending on what game you play, if you make it to a high level without killing yourself it can be quite fun. It all depends on what there is to offer but whilst people may think "Wow shit graphics Runescape sucks" (and they would be right because the developers have ruined it inbetween now and the time I quit) but it was great joy to PvP in it because if you won, you got their items...not the pride of wasting my time like WoW. Then again...if you have to wait a long time in order to have fun I don't see the point. Maybe if you are the kind of person to take games seriously and would consider it "your job" then maybe you would enjoy it?

Tf2 is OK...there isn't any mods (as far as I have seen) and the maps get boring quickly especially with the dam "spies sappin ma sentry."

Deathrun is nice with mates but it gets boring after the map is played over and over...until there is more maps I won't play it much. My favourite has to be surf its a nice skill based but fun sort of mod and with Paul holding a shotty you have to train hard to survive!

Omg system of a down are a band I could so nearly love. I just can't get over how weird Serj's voice is, whilst it is better than the dull character-less voices of most bands like this I just think it is too stupid. Scared hmm............Used to have very bad Vertigo but worn that out now that I've been to so many "high up" places, the cablecart going to the top of this mountain in the Alps for example. I see myself as fearless, I'm not scared of anything for no reason, a spider for example (no poisonous ones here). If you want to count a 100mph truck coming towards me then yeah that is quite a fear of mine, also having my special ones maimed, couldn't live without em :crying:

Never rated Italy (despite World Cup win, they are dire in offence) France continue to under achieve. Holland were underestimated by most but even with many of the stars injured I could see them winning. Spain and Portugal live up to their attacking superiority, and Germany follow too. England continue to be pants :001_smile:

Sounds like quite a coincidence to me. Other than that there is people with problems and parents should know better than to give a child with anger management problems online games! Firstly they will hate you for making them eat dinner and have to log out. Secondly they will freak out beyond the normal "every person" angry level, doing whatever breaking stuff or pulling a knife in an extreme case it seems??? Or if they are THAT bad, kill themself??? Thirdly WoW is an rpg aka life waste and no one should play it including these guys ;) Although besides what I have just posted I can see one acceptable reason to train for hours just to be a high level, you get to own noobs and watch them rage and whatever! I had my fair share of runescape and I know the great feeling of being good enough and "gay" enough to ruin a persons character or life maybe??? (I could of done something similiar to this video). Seems a bit sad but when you have such failiures at life being among them in a game when you are good is I guess FUN, especially when you fuck them over. Also at the masturbating video LOL. I can't think of anything worse than getting it over ANIMATIONS. I share this hate for anime.

Well that depends really, gaming doesn't = no life nerd whilst you also get people who take advantage of no one knowing anything about them to create a fake wannabe self on the internet. The most obvious believers are those with kids....unless a stalk left it at the doorstep??? Also unless you have some issues, people reaching the mid 20's and onwards and likely to have had some action??? Then you have people who are younger, maybe even 14 or 15??? It does happen, I know even younger but then again they don't play online games. The legal age in many countries is about 16 maybe even less so it isn't completely unbelievable.

What can I say...I'm a babe magnet?? Really though I had a long term relationship with a friend and we became more than that but now we are just friends again.

Well I finished school a month ago but I have been on study leave with exams still going for 2 weeks. Quite an interesting summer I have lined up. Working a summer job, mininum wage but that isn't so bad compared to the rubbish pay you can get in the US. Going on the camping trip, the where abouts I don't even know but it should be fun. Going to Sheringham near Norwich where my lifelong friends live and some family members, some great heat,beaches and waves there, it doesn't really get much better than 6ft waves in England from what I have seen, normally nothing at all so its quite good. Going on a 2 week holiday to Turkey, staying in one of the more untouched places of Turkey. Great beaches, great weather and a massive waterpark in the hotel I am staying at. So basically this is my best summer yet and my first time out of europe??? (its not the Istanbul part of Turkey) if Turkey counts as out of Europe.

Wow I completely agree with him in I dunno...EVERYTHING??? I can't believe how much I love this guy (not literally) and his humour exceeds the phrase "lol". It doesn't make me actually "rofl" but then I can't think of many things that do so I dunno it must be good. Dunno how many others agree but I can relate to this guy. I hate rpgs, I didn't like Super Smash Brothers and I dunno, the GTA review summed me up he just seems to be on the same wavelength as me, maybe he is me. It is freaky.
