Thanks for the shoutout Cloud. I don't come on here much anyway, there's no real reason drama wise or anything.....it's more that I've moved on from CSS. For all the friends I have made here, and all the great memories over the years, it can't go on forever. I used to stay around for the forums, and from time to time a new game or gamemode would become popular which I was interested in....but that seems to have dried up also. I'm still playing lots of games, maybe when I can get my Dota 2 working I can catch up with a few people from here and have a few games. I'd say the same about BF3 because I've seen that SG have a server....but that always seems to be empty whenever I've looked. No surprise with that though.....apart from GMOD SG hasn't really succeeded in migrating to any other game. That for me was what has allowed so many great people come and go, though obviously you can't expect the 100% of people who like and play/played CSS to go to BF3, or HoN, or LoL, or TF2, or whatever.......so that's the problem. Anyway, I'll still be around here and then doing my own thing, hope to catch up with some people sometime. P.S. your mom Cloud.

How long does it take to grind to 100 smithing? I've not really done any smithing/enchanting/any "Make it yourself" stuff.

I have had my current speakers/subwoofer for maybe 7-8 years now. I still think they are fine despite being quite small....but the subwoofer is buzzing whenever it is turned on and it's really annoying...... Price wise I'm looking to spend up to £60/$95, this speaker set I had cost me £20 and came with a mic so I don't think I need to spend insane amounts. One thing I would like is a set with two ports....as I want to plug one into the PC and one into the screen (for my PS3).....really annoying having to switch it every time. Thanks

I bought Sennheiser HD415 headphones over 2 years ago and have had no problems with them at all. Sound quality wise it's good......nothing amazing but tbh I've never used high spec headphones so I wouldn't know what to compare it to. Price wise.....very cheap......though it is an old model (I would guess a newer model wouldn't be much more....still probably $40-$50). Comfort wise it's ok. Soft on the head and ears, adjustable and never had any pain from it. Downsides are that there's no mic....and it doesn't have the best sound retention (if you have your own room then it's fine).

In F1 the steering wheel alone costs £30k-£40k in pounds.....so you would probably be looking at a lot more money for a total wipe out

The golf shop I used to work at sold these. Some thought it helped, some thought it was a scam. For me, it's a scam. You might try it once or twice and think that it works....but that is what mind games can do to you. After a while, you feel no difference and realise that it's money wasted. My work mate who was from Spain was telling me that the company was fined in Spain for false advertising, i.e. saying it can do stuff that is not proven in any way.

Eh? I dunno about other forms of racing, but in F1 they don't get paid.....they just love being there part of the sport.

I don't think you can really compare Indycar to F1. There's no oval speedtracks in the F1 schedule, it's not nearly as dangerous because if you manage to crash, there are always lots of safety barriers and it'd be bad if you hit one car.....not another 15 like in Indycar.

So I got a replacement HDD, which turned out to also be faulty....... So once I got ANOTHER replacement HDD which was ok.........it turns out that I am having the same shitty bluescreen problems I have had since the start. Memory management + IRQL not less or equal bluescreens plus other random stuff......all these things point towards bad RAM....but I have run memtest86 and prime 95 and both had brought back no problems. Confusing as I can't imagine there being any other hardware problem.

Ok well.... It seems that it was the hard drive all along that was faulty, it just got a lot worse recently. Tried it on my friends computer and it Had the same problem. So Mick I'll have to cope without me whilst I warranty it. I know you'll struggle.

Ok well.... now in an even bigger pile of shit, like such a thing was possible..... Ran prime95 and that brought up no problems. Did a bios update, and reset the CMOS. Tried to Dban but it was bringing up some error so I didn't bother. Computer was loading up fine.... Though the problems remained so it was time to reformat. Did that...was in the middle of reinstalling windows 7 and now it won't go past the bios loading screen... I can't load up anything, no booting...no bios....errrr.....

Well I tried system file checker and it runs to an extent but basically doesn't file check. I'll try the error check thing when I can but right now the PC keeps restarting when it gets to the windows load screen..even on safe mode. I thought it might be the RAM...I ran a memory test CD from boot but it didn't pick up anything wrong. I have no idea about the motherboard...possible but we built the pc twice over and couldn't see any problems..

PS, did not see the tech support bucket section...I would move the thread but my touch is not being friendly. I guess I can give some extra info OS: 7 Anti virus: MS security essentials ._. ...? I tried googling my problem and found no real fixes... Some stuff to do with visual C++ ?

Firstly...I'm on my itouch so excuse the wall of text. Another chapter in the massive story of my terrible PC..... I reformatted only 2 weeks ago and hell has broken loose already. I continue to get blue screens and system fuck ups upon restarting after updates...sometimes it fixes itself but this time I have no idea. My Ethernet adapter stopped working (my Ethernet port Does not work for somereason... And it did not work on my old PC either so no idea WTF is wrong there), so I have no Internet on the PC. Reinstalling the drivers has no effect, it says they are corrupt. However, it's obviously something worse as several things do not work. Task manager, system restore, system file check... Even age of empires online. The error message is, "The application has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail". End of the day... I can solve this by reformatting but I've already done that and problems continue to persist. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated......
