If u know the name of the file and ur virusscan can't find it u can try to remove it manualy. Though I recommend u to download an other virusprogram if the one u are using isn't finding/removing the trojan.

Download the Hijack and scan the computer with it. Then send me a log on PM. Or If you want to do it quick then Download Malwarebytes and scan computer with it.

I actually caught a really bad strain of virtumonde via a friends USB memory stick, the only solution left to me was to rebuild my laptop. Hopefully the one you have can be easily removed. If not, I hope you backed up your files..
