Improving the juggernaut event-Jb

Instead of giving the cuts extra health, there is an heavy armor assault suit that gives you immense armor. Plus it makes you go slower to make you feel like a real juggernaut.

Honestly this was my first impression/idea of what it was supposed to be and I don't know why they didn't do this, not sure if it was mentioned or even acknowledged since it was the BANNER for the juggernaut event. If it's something with the servers then maybe it's another story but other than that, this is what I believe the event was supposed to be.

Actually it might be because when wearing the heavy armor you cant have rifles, but it's still very op. In my testing it took 3 awpshots to the head to kills someone. Sometimes two so maybe the tradeoff is worth it.

Honestly, I can definitely see this being a good way of modifying how we run the Juggernaut event. While this is not a guarantee, we are definitely looking at exploring this as an option.

Will be done for our upcoming Juggernaut event. CA+ now can optionally use this command during regular play as well, within reason. Thanks for the suggestion!
