For some reason I can no longer login to steam. I get the "Connecting Steam account: Huwajux", but then it just stays like that for ages. I've tried deleting/renaming the clientregistry but that hasn't helped at all. I'm not sure what's causing this.

He's the 'web' administrator, presumably meaning that he will only obtain admin abilities on the website/forum. At the rate he's going though, he should soon apply and be accepted, so I don't think there is anything to really worry about in terms of people simply getting admin for their technological knowledge.

Not at all. Sending a specific individual to isolation whilst the other terrorists are somewhere else is a perfectly valid command. The reasoning behind it doesn't really matter, so long as the terrorist isn't being killed for an action he committed last round, then there really isn't a problem.
