  5. For reference the map has been played for a grand total of 28 hours. It's the 26th most played map.
  6. Just to throw this out there, this is a thread about clouds, not razor. The only reason I brought up razor first was as a point of emphasis against the nothing to do point.
  7. I stated that clouds has more things to do. But I clearly said Razor is a good map. I didn't call it boring. Pls Michelle
  8. You're calling razor boring? Pls...
  9. @Luke I made a mental note to address that box in my first response but forgot. Thanks for reminding me. That box is a downside to the map. If possible I'd like to see it edited out. I do remember it being a major issue in the past, but my past few times on the map have been better with it. Im gonna have to disagree. Don't think we should fault a map because the CT team might suck. "Free day no past first cell" is just as common on maps such as razor or vipinthemix. Orders being repeated are a possibility on any map.
  10. Tbh if you told me this map name I wouldn't have known it till here recently. It's never played but it's been voted a few times lately when I've been on and every time we rtv before cells are opened. Dominic made the request after everyone complained about it last night.
  11. The teleporting thing has been established before. It's not KOS and anyone that kills for doing it will be punished. No different than any other rule. Shouldn't hold it against the map for a CT not knowing the rule exemption. I mean it's common sense. As for the map, admittedly I wasn't fond of the map when I first played it forever ago. I didn't like the style with the broken floors and shit. It's grown on me some. I do not want to see the map removed as it is a nice change of pace sometimes. I don't hate the map, but it's tolerable and a nice break from the razor or Lego type maps. It's not that hard to rebel. Ts can hide in the cabin spawn area as most CTs won't look there. There's also 2 different methods of reaching the top of the cells (from inside cells) and using that to your advantage. There's the vent underneath that's rarely used but gives you another place to hide. There's the invisible platform that if learned, I believe takes you to armory (I never make the jump right so I don't know first hand ). All of that is in main cell area. Leaving there, Ts can camp the CT teleport if CTs aren't paying attention. There's also a scout at climb and a teleporter near disco. Really nothing to do is a weak argument. Razor is a good map and it has soccer, pool and big cage. Clouds has: soccer; pool; basketball; disco; bomb toss; climb; extreme climb; big cage; and whatever the fuck that thing is between bomb toss and basketball. That's not counting death games. Counting death games we can add jump rope; long jump and red light green light. I'll vote no when I get home from work but there's my 2 cents.
  12. I mean. If you're going to play a game for 1,000 hours, I see no harm in making those hours more enjoyable aesthetically speaking. I personally can't ever talk myself into dropping $100 of my own money on a knife, but that's just a personal preference. As for the gift aspect, whoever is giving him a $100 steam gift card for Easter is obviously giving it to him so that he can enjoy whatever he buys with it. He could buy a few shitty games he will never play for more than a few hours, or a skin for a game he plays a lot and has the potential to resale later.
  13. Lol? A CT being new and not knowing how to play doesn't make a map T sided. Lego and VIP are hardly T sided maps. I'd say they are pretty balanced IMO. Idiot CTs doesn't make a map unbalanced. As for this map, I only played it once or twice on the server. We didn't insta RTV it. I wasn't a fan of it though. The vents are horribly done IMO and the layout makes it very hard to rebel if given the chance. I'm not going to vote since I haven't played it a lot though.
  14. Issues running GTAV

For what it's worth, here's my part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gQTvP6 At work so can't post the screen shot like you have. But I ran it this morning which whatever default settings the game started on. Just to give you another comparison
  15. Nothing like a good ole classic rock jam
  16. I would like to clarify. 9 times out of 10 that was directed at one of my teammates getting in the way.
  17. Do...do you not listen to me when we play Mikla? Always shit talking people that dare peek my mid
  18. A quick Google search (aka Google and only bothered clicking first link) says it's a bind that allows you to change your clan tag that shows up on the scoreboard, without having to go through settings. Which means someone would be able to spam it and change their tag quickly. Least I assume that's what he's talking about, and not the kids that binded their clan name REBELLION_TM to spam in chat. But it wouldn't surprise me if this is what he's referring to. Granted I've never seen it spammed enough that it might crash a server.
  19. 2 things wrong with your response. 1) Goku is the strongest* fighter in DBZ. The only time he actually lost was against Raditz at the very beginning of the show. *- At the end of Z. Whiis and Beerus don't come into play until Super. 2) I don't really care about Dragon ball anymore. I was super into it 4 years ago when I joined the community and now I'm just kinda stuck with the name. 3/10 for effort.
  20. Fair enough. We can easily balance the teams. Just give me your steam ID and I'll ban you.
  21. Yeah but can you see why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch?
  22. I'm at work, could you go check for m-...oh... On topic though, I'll give it a look when I get home. But think I might prefer listsbbans since its in console.
  23. Wait checkbans works instead of listsbbans? Fuck...I've been telling people about listsbbans but i sometimes have to try 2 or 3 times cuz I mess up on how to spell it right. Asked before but I'll ask again, @Revenga could you add those commands to the sticky in the admin section?
  24. From what I can gather he's suggesting that a certain tag or name color be associated with that player when he connects. Such as [Freekiller] Bob, or Bob . Which, as Sean pointed out, can't be automated as the server has no way of knowing if a kill was legitimate or not. And no one is going to want to go into sourcebans and associate a player's steamid for something like that. Too much effort when admins already know if someone with a previous ban connects or not. Regardless of the technical discussion, I don't agree with adding it anyway. Sometimes a player joins and doesn't know any better and gets banned. They then come back knowing the rules and behaves. Good example is Dominic here. I also don't like the idea of publicly shaming them they like that either. If someone is a repeat Freekiller, they will be banned. Either by admin in game, or someone can make a report.
  25. Alright I'll throw my thoughts up into this thread. I talked to Pan and Onion about it on teamspeak yesterday but I'll put it into words here. As far as I know, dating back to CSS, it's always been the general unwritten understanding that a CT can kill a T for damaging a CT during a LR. I recall seeing a few instances in CSS in which the CT was slain for it, but very rarely. I've never seen this issue arise in CSGO for what it's worth. And as it currently stands, the rules state that if a T damages a CT at any point he is KOS. And another point that was brought up was with pardons. A CT is not required to honor any pardon, including his own. Whether the pardon be for killing/harming a CT, or being in the wrong area. The same line of thinking can be applied here. The T harmed a CT, which by the rules means he is KOS. Think of the LR as being a pardon. The CTs aren't required to honor it. To sum it up And in all honesty how often does this issue come up? I don't think I've ever seen it happen in CSGO. But if Wawa and Nuclear Onion want to talk about it and make LRs an exception to the "harm a CT at any time" rule, I'd be fine with it and will enforce it as such. But as it stands, I still think it's within the rules.
