Are you talking about classic hide and seek or "prophunt" hide and seek? We've had prophunt events, but haven't dabbled in classic hide and seek yet.

This contest doesn't quite feel the same without Extreme Potatoes Any SA has a good shot now.

We disabled the doors to armory to prevent having that entire catwalk be KOS, otherwise the Ts would have very limited mobility to explore. There's plenty of guns throughout the map and a teleporter to armory, so rebelling isn't impossible or too difficult. I prefer this being more difficult to rebel on anyways because it gives the CTs better survivability when ordering the Ts across this huge map.

After testing this map with Goku and an almost full server, we concluded that this map still doesn't have enough community support to be added to the rotation. The primary issue pertaining to the mixed opinions that this map has received is the poor navigation and general layout. Therefore, this will be rejected once again.

I liked the map, but no one else did when it got tested. Like you said, people might like it now. We will test it again.

I don't really see the need to add color text for CT orders. Not for nothing, but we don't want to encourage CTs to use in-game chat instead of using a mic to give orders because most people prefer listening to someone rather than reading what they're typing at the bottom of their screen.

Once again, this is a case where CTs are tricking Ts into getting killed. Please use common sense guys, Brandon could have said "ayylmao" on the mic and wouldn't have been killed but since he said "shot 4 shot" over the mic, it's ok for him to get killed? LRs are OPTIONAL, it's not okay to kill a prisoner who isn't giving an LR, let alone trying to give one. There's a reason why we have the reasonable orders rule: so CTs don't try to turn every order into a deathgame. "Give LRs in chat" is not a reasonable order to kill a prisoner over.

The bold/underline in this quote pretty much shows why that invisible staircase and the scout platform itself are KOS areas. The actual diving board isn't KOS though.

So in the JB rules clarifications thread: The prisoner was told to drop the pistol, which he did. By picking it back up, the prisoner is negating the previous CT command to drop the pistol because when a CT says drop the pistol, it's already implied that the CT wants the pistol to stay dropped (that should be obvious). Therefore, a warning shot is necessary in this scenario. Overall, the CT was right and the prisoner is a crybaby.

The CT shoots the T as in it's a single warning shot or was it shoot-to-kill?

When a freeday is requested, it is IMPLIED to last for the rest of the round, just like when a CT gives a freeday order, it is IMPLIED to last until the end of the round or until a CT revokes the freeday. It's a freeDAY after all. If you guys need an official rule on this, fine, we can throw in another JB rule to patch up stupid loopholes like this. And that's exactly what this is, a loophole to the rules, because clearly the only reason why this situation exists is for CTs to trick Ts into getting killed, which is not okay. Because why would a prisoner want their LR to be a freeday that lasts for only a few seconds if not specified? Obviously they want a freeday for the rest of the round. Are we going to start killing prisoners for requesting s4s as their LR if they don't specify that they want to do s4s until someone dies? Are we going to start killing prisoners for requesting gun toss as their LR if they don't specify that the winner gets to kill the loser? Of course not, but apparently it's okay to kill prisoners who want a freeday as their LR because they didn't specify that they want it to last for the remainder of the round, which is a total bullshit excuse to justify a freekill. Yes, we don't have in-depth specifics pertaining to Last Request rules yet, but that will change soon. Until then, it is absolutely not okay to kill a prisoner who is granted a general freeday LR.

This was Onion's reason for rejecting this same map request back in July 2015. Nothing has changed since then, there are virtually no communities who are using v5. It's a pretty safe bet for us to keep using v4.

I personally didn't like the look of this map and noticed some lighting issues, not to mention the borderline obnoxious Turkey theme throughout. I decided to test this map on the server anyways, and the majority didn't like it. We also spawn with the guns we had from the previous round. Rejected.

We already have a dedicated bhop server, it's called Minigames. /thread (seriously though, it is)

And don't forget that when a T spits on a CT, he/she is KOS. You guys failed to mention that stipulation As Onion said, we're reviewing this later today.
