  2. Isn't that what I said or did I learn chinese at some point?
  3. I would not be for adding a feature that would label someone as a rule breaker. This would cause issues with people baiting people or prejudging people which is never a good thing. Honestly people and admins should treat everyone as if they have never been banned before so you don't get yourself into a dangerous gray area. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  4. And the same people will answer them anyway and still break the rules. People will do what they will no matter what we do. All we can do is admin and police the server the best we can. It's been my experience of running pb servers from their inception that this is a problem that we've spent extensive amount of time and resources to address. We've had a pb server for more than 5 years and we've found this is the best interest for the server and new players. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  5. Who wants to take a quiz before playing any game? Don't really care why I would be taking it but if that came up on me I'd simply just leave. It would show that we are pretensious and that we are stuck up about our rules. I even hate servers that make you agree with some set of rules before even playing. 6. Please refer to this post from Steam on details: http://store.steampowered.com/news/20631/ Pretty much they are making changes in how trading and the marketplace will work in regards to security. If you use Steam Authenticator most things won't apply to you. Only big change is if a successful sale or trade goes through, Steam or Valve will not duplicate items or undo these transactions. Just in-case you missed it.
  7. Its a fun game to play if you got peeps to play it with.
  8. I added a link to a page that shows who's on what team at the moment: http://www.steam-gamers.net/teams.php
  9. There are a few things we can do with credits. Can add more claim space or experience stuff. It's one of the many things we are taking into consideration in making this system work. Yeah I agree we should only have items that would be annoying to gather. There may be a few items that could be challenging to get but they would be at a high cost type deal. 10. In today's update thread I mentioned we are working towards this...its on the list to be done.
  11. Added 5 more slots.
  12. Minecraft is back! Yes ladies and gentlemen (and moldy people), we are bringing back some Minecraft to the community. However, we are gonna try things a bit differently this time. Right out the bat, this is going to be a whitelisted server. If you don't sign up here, Click here, then you will not be able to do much of anything on the server. You'll be able to join and chat, but that's it. A server admin will need to place you into a usergroup that will allow you to do the normal Minecraft things. So what is the plan we have? Well to start out, we are doing just vanilla Minecraft. I hear the groans and complaining already, but don't fret, it isn't going to last. So what we are gonna do is have a few little group events over the next few weeks that only have to deal with vanilla things. This is the reason we are starting here. Get everyone back into the grove of things and have a little fun. Some events we are planning already is the conquering of an ocean monument, finding a stronghold and taking on the ender dragon. There are a few mini-games also planned but haven't been announced yet. During this period of time, you'll be able to do your Minecrafty things your way. We have provided you with some help to get started. We've built a massive Iron farm. Fuck wood tools to start out. You'll be able to start with iron tools and armor out the gate. Also we've built a pretty efficient tree/wood farm. So fuck going to find trees to chop down cause we have a way to grow and collect en masse. Need some food? We got your pick of food stuffs, we have a cow farm/killer, a fully automatic chicken farm and enough farmland to feed the continent of Africa. Want to get your books going for enchanting? We got a Sugar Cane Farm that automatically puts it in a chest for you. Want some gold or XP? We got one using Zombie Pigmen. So getting started on our server is gonna be pretty easy. We do plan to mod the server and have several resets of the end and stuff but that will all get announced as we get closer to doing those things. So if you miss having a Minecraft server or want to get in on playing with a group of friends, we are back and going to have a lot of fun. A few questions to answer: Q: What's the server IP? A: Server IP: spikedsmc.game.nfoservers.com:25565 or 70.42.74.179:25565 Q: Who is paying for it? A: I am fully funding this server so no community resources are being used for this endevour. Q: How many slots do we have? A: It currently has 10, but we are able to upgrade if needed (we are starting there as our last MC server never passed this point) Q: Are we advertising it to bring in other people to populate the server? A: We aren't worried about the population of the server, this is for people who want a place to play some MC with others. Q: What version of MC? A: 1.8.8 Well that's enough questions for now. So what are you waiting for, get yourself whitelisted and hop on the server to check it out!
  13. Fortified

http://store.steampowered.com/app/334210/ Anyone interested in this game, seen some gameplay vids and looks like fun with friends. So yeah anyone got this yet or would plan to get it?
  14. After doing this for nearly 10 years we've tried several iterations of this idea. All tend to be more work and trouble than they are worth. It has been my experience that the setup here has been tried and proven to be the best and most efficient method of getting people working together. Also I like how @SpaZMonKeY thinks... Why isn't this guy an AO or BD yet?
  15. What are you a politician?
  16. He learned from the best right? ;-)
  17. I really don't have a genre I am looking for, just a good beat that fades out at the end. No hippy bs.
  18. Looking for a 60 second music clip for a video project we are working on. Needs to have good pacing and a smooth end. Anyone want to take it on or know of someone?
  19. At least you didn't go the other route I'd be in competition then. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  20. I don't know what the image was, it could be anything at this point. The image doesn't matter at all. As long as you reset your IP afterwords you'll be fine.
  21. I decided a new thread was necessary to leave the older thread go as we are moving forward beyond the problem that got presented to us. You'll notice anything done before we turned everything off is still there and works. What will and has changed is all posts, PM's, profile messages and signatures from here on out. We've built a whitelist system that will allow you to use the IMG tag and if the domain is in our whitelist system, the image will show up. If the domain is not in the system, it will only display a link. Any images displayed like this are subject to moderators deleting the image and the post all together if we deem it necessary. That is the inherent problem with the type of exploit that was presented to us. We will not be able to fully stop it, really no bit of security measures we implement will stop it 100%. What we are doing is simply giving our users the upper hand. If someone tries to use the exploit, the only way it will work is if you click the link of the image they tried to put on our site. At that point, its your fault more than ours and sorry, but we aren't your babysitters. What we have done is made sure that unsuspecting users won't walk into a trap, they'll do that on their own if they click on it. Which is good internet security advice anyway. This exploit has been known for years apparently (new to myself and many of the other higher ups) as it is mearly used innocently enough to monitor traffic viewing files. It's role in a non-malicious way, is a good way to prove someone would be using/accessing specific files, possibly stealing them. However, in this nature, some people have found this is a pretty simple way to be used maliciously and use it to attack specific targets. So moving on with the details you'll need. Here is the current list of domains we have whitelisted: imgur.com photobucket.com inara.cz flicker.com facebook.com deviantart.com tinypic.com steamusercontent.com fbcdn.net steamsignature.com imageshack.us screencast.com rocketleaguestats.com puu.sh gyazo.com gfycat.com tumbler.com cubeupload.com We will look to add more to the list in the future, but we feel this is a good start and covers most popular things. If you need something more specific, message myself or a BD about it. Avatars are also back up too!
  22. http://www.pcgamer.com/atari-vault-will-bring-100-classic-games-to-steam/ I'm excited about it...you should be too.
  23. Just so you don't freak out, some images will still be here, but they are old ones that have been converted. Older posts and visitor messages being the best examples. These images cannot be updated as when they try to update it will reject it.
  24. What is normal? Have you met @Rawrie?
  25. Ok let's be real here... it was Netflix and chill. 2 asking a bunch of video game and anime nerds on fashion not the best opinions. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
