One of the things we try to do with subscriber is not allow them to have an advantage over another player in the server. That's why a lot of the stuff is cosmetic or the use of a special raffle. Allowing your vote to weigh more than a normal player would be an advantage that we really wouldn't want to have. While yes you are a bit out numbered in ZE, I have a feeling if it were the opposite we wouldn't have the population that we do have.

It is also good to note, you will not be able to enter by Thursday at 12:15 PM. However, since my work schedule is later in the day, I am usually sleeping at that time, so it will be good to have me your e-mail to be added by Thursday at midnight. I'll check before going to bed, and I'll try to get up early, however I cannot guarantee it. Once it closes you won't be able to enter and there's nothing I can do about putting you in. As of now I think we have 4 total entries, I've invited another 6 people who got with me, so right now half the people will get prizes. Even if you don't like the prizes, participating in events like this encourages us to run more of these kinds of things for the future. So if you are on the fence on participating, you might want to so we can do other similar events like this in the future.

The scoring method being used is different than the standard 1,2,4,8,16,32. We are doing an Upset Bonus Point scoring method! The way this works is you get the default round points for a correct pick, but on top of it if you get 5 bonus points. Our round scoring is 1,2,3,4,5,6. So for example, in the first round, if you correctly pick an upset (upset is defined by lower seed beating a higher seed), you'll get 1 point + 5 so a total of 6 points. In the second round, if you correctly pick an upset, you'll get 2 points + 5 so a total of 7. If the higher seed wins, no bonus points will be awarded. Time to collect prizes has closed, sorry peeps got to claim them before we repurpose them!

Looking to do this on Sunday. Afternoon ET ish. Probably be whenever I get my ass up. Saturday I got to work 7:30a-2p ish and then we are going out to get hammered so I don't have to work Sunday as well. So I don't think I can do Saturday at all. PayPal handles the credit card payments for us so thats there. We aren't going to pay for some other service to do it for us. I would consider game donations however, they would have to be done via steam gifts and even then I have my doubts of how it would work, mainly say if you bought a game when its on sale for $5 when its normally $20...whos to say you would have bought it on sale and waiting for the sale to be over? Just makes it very hard to verify the monetary amount of things like that.

Yeah we tried to make it obvious about the move but shortly after we left the guy who owns that stuff undid a lot of the work I did in trying to lessen the confusion. Whats funny is that guy believes he can make money off it.

Its possible to make the code do that, I don't remember what clicking on the profile picture did by default tbh. I'll have to research it a bit and give it some good thought to how we should proceed.

We've had to remove it so many times cause every time steam API updates it breaks our forum. The guy who created it hasn't really kept up with it unless ton of people pester him to do so. I may be able to do some kind of button on the postbit or profile page that can forward you to the person steam account if they are steam linked, but any kind of intergration to like auto add people won't come with it as I'm not familiar with Steam's API nor do I want to be. Cause it updates every other week like Gmod does.
