Yeah I know but they basically operate as a vent. You press/hit something to open a hole that leads to guns and/or kos areas. Both the vent and the button follow this and do the exact same thing except the button needs to be re-pressed. So yes, invisible buttons are KOS, but in this situation I don't really see why you can't kill for opening one hole, but you can kill them for opening another hole.

So opening a vent isn't kos but opening something that is basically also a vent IS kos? I know this is what the rules say but it has to be situational right? This doesn't really make sense to be honest.

No. Just like breaking the vent and not going in I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be kos. If it is then breaking the vent should be kos also (which it isn't).

Yeah. I have disliked the path JB has taken. And ZE. But I got over it. That’s just how things are now. It’s saddening to think how counterstrike has become this kids game basically since the game is also free now and parents don’t have time to pay attention to all this. I get real disappointed when I hear a 11 year old scream swears, or even say racist crap. That’s just how it is.

very helpful zzl, thank you for clarifying this and making me post more on this thread that clearly won't have any change... your post really helped this rule discussion. Anyways this was just a stereotype since most of the people that ZZL described as freekillers and people who don't know the rules are immature kids (atleast from my experience with JB). With the addition of F2P more kids looking for free games that their parents won't have to spend money on allows more of that audience to come to our servers.

Because now that CSGO is F2P, there are more CT's that just came home from elementary school to go on CT with almost no awareness of the 5 T's chasing their back with a knife out when the other CT's are screaming freeday and freeday revoked back at each other for like 30 seconds.

??? Of course I can win on freedays. It's too easy to rebel when there are 5 oblivious f2p ct's that don't know how to cover there backs. I just think it's stupid that CT's can just give the prisoners such an easy chance to rebel immediately. It doesn't have to be a long cooldown, maybe like a minute or 1.5. A lot of rounds nothing really gets done because it's all just freeday and rebel.

It seems pretty retarded (atleast to me) that CT's can just give freedays in the first minute or two to the entire T team a full freeday just for them to rush secrets, other ct's and armory. I'm suggesting we have a cooldown before CT's could give freedays, or atleast freedays that allow T's to roam 65ish percent of the map. I'd be okay if they had a freeday in disco, but unrestricted/past first cell freedays just seem like the CT's want to farm rebellers, or something. Doing this could also prevent some T orders from being followed right after they get unmuted. Any other thoughts on this?

I'd rather do death games then crouch walk from pool to soccer to big cage and back. The rules said above sound pretty good to still allow rebelling, but at the same time incorporate games in each round.
