Bit of an issue, I go on holiday on Monday morning, set a time before then and I should be able to make it, but I can't guarantee with a few things happening over the next few days.

As I said previously in this thread, this pretty much ^ Though I've debated before and debate now that I believe it should be changed. As Caution has said, the point of this thread is for that situation. @Asteria pointed out that apparently there was no damage done to the CT, so yes, that is a freekill under the current rules. However if any damage was to be done to the CT - under the official rules - they may be killed regardless of the situation. Perhaps this thread should be locked and further discussion of the actual rule itself can be discussed in a new thread? (Or elsewhere, such as between the AO's of PB)

I've always thought that it was technically (and unfortunately) if a T damages a CT for any reason (regardless of LR's, if they're told to, if the CT is the one involved or not involved in the LR) they can therefore be killed by any CT. Thus this wouldn't be a freekill. It's a dick move and I personally don't agree with it, but that's what the rules state.
